  1. Was he ever proven guilty? Perhaps Urb knew she was a crazy, lying bitch, and that he would rather have an excellent assistant coach than not, all because of some nutjob's allegations. I'd be hesitant to fire the guy too if I knew it likely wasn't true.
  2. Lol at all the haters calling for Urb to be canned. They know it's the only chance in hell they will ever have of getting close to the championship.
  3. This social climate we're in drives me nuts. I get that he's held to a higher standard, but it ain't like ole Urb slapped the lady. If it meant that much to her, then go to the police (and maybe she did). Urb's job is to be a head coach at OSU, not a marriage councilor. I hope it works out in his favor. We've got championships to win.
  4. I went there for my parents wedding in 2004. I don't recall what hotel we stayed at but I believe it was in Kaanapali. They've been back a few times since then and usually rent out a beachfront condo from a couple friends they met there. Memorable things: -The road to Hana was a great drive -We stopped at the black sand beach along the way. It was cool. I seem to recall someone telling me that it's not actually sand but the shit from some fish in that bay. LOL. Not sure if that's true or not. -La Haina at night was pretty cool. Tons of little art boutiques right on the street. -Go to a luau. Stay away from the polynesian food. If I were to go back, I'd make a hunting trip out of it. Not sure if you're into that during a 'vacation' (I am...), but they offer some fantastic Axis Deer and Mouflon sheep hunts.
  5. Super Conservative? Hopefully. R v. W? Doubtful.
  6. That's been the case for all the major cities that passed such a dumb law. I think the most I heard of being turned in was 3 in, I believe, Oregon.
  7. I'm certainly glad someone turned off the faucet that was allowing all this blood to run through our streets. I, for one, can sleep much better knowing now that I'm protected.
  8. I'm certainly glad you got pictures of her floating corpse. I'm sure that's what she'd want posted on the internet as her dying wish.
  9. An answer to a question nobody asked.
  10. BTW, how do you like that little 2.7? I want to test drive one just to see what it's all about. I'll be ordering an 18 or 19 Lariat SCrew w/ 5.5' bed by the end of July, or early August. I'm heavily leaning towards the 3.5 EB. These 2nd gen EBs seem nasty.
  11. Word. It'll 'handle' more. I'm not sure how exceeding any of these limits comes into play should you have an at-fault accident, but, just don't do that. Anyways, you might be pushing the tow rating, but I don't think you're exceeding it. You've certainly got the power, and also the braking. You weigh more than an normal F-150. And you're wider. The only thing I can think of that's really hurting you when it comes to towing, is the soft suspension. Big deal. Tow on.
  12. {Puts on his wizard robe and Liberal hat}: Simple. Ban Bud Light.
  13. Is it acceptable if I shoot him and then run him over?
  14. Granted, it's Wikipedia, but I'm not reading in there where it explicitly bans research. It just says it can't be used to advocate or promote further gun control. Is it the funding that can't be used for advocacy, the research, or both? Also: Signed by the Great White Death, himself. Get to researching.
  15. I wish I knew. I guess I'm just trying to make the point that Americans are culturally different than other countries in many different ways, not just guns. So what is it about our culture that causes people to want to do this, more so than many other developed nations? Why are our people going down this path towards mass violence when others are not? Are the guns making them evil, or were they molded into this evil thing throughout their life and then chose a gun as their tool of choice? And if it's the latter, what is it that's molding them this way? And I realize this isn't a single answer solution.
  16. You were in the Air Force, correct? So I'm assuming you're a well-traveled individual. Do people in other countries act like people in the US?
  17. OK. I'm open. What's your plan? Again with this Dickey Amendment stuff?
  18. Since we've got a concurrent movie thread going in this forum; has anyone seen the pre-show advertisement they've been showing in theaters lately? Dads in Parks or something like that. It was very unprogressivelike. I was quite surprised they showed something like that in public, but I was glad they did. I feel like we need to get more messages out like this. Found it:
  19. I want to see Stark and The Trash Rabbit go at it.
  20. Don't believe them. BP was a cash cow. They will not let that die. They've literally got a billion dollars to lose if they do.
  21. I'll ask again; what problem is this fixing? Does it turn a semi-auto into a full auto? Nope. What arbitrary rate should we set for an acceptable rate of fire? And please explain to me how much more dangerous a 12" barrel is on a rifle compared to a 16". That law is stupid, too. If its really that big of a deal (it's not), then go after the folks who shoulder those braces. I'm for enforcing the laws that actually make a difference, not the feel-good shit.
  22. I'll give an inch if that inch makes sense. This inch doesn't do a damn thing.
  23. Prior to Vegas, 99.5% of the country had no clue what a bumpstock was. After Vegas, 99.5% of the country still has no clue what a bumpstock is. What problem is this solving again?
