Why in the world does everyone jump on the 'I hate Bay' bandwagon? Damn near every movie the guy makes is a fuckin' blockbuster. It's a god damn movie. Take it for what it is. And unless you could do better, STFU.

I went there about a month ago with my family. IIRC, it was a Friday or Saturday nite about 9pm. We were 1 of about 4-5 groups in the whole place. We were discussing why it was so dead. Usually that have all kinds of singing and dancing going on there. Odd.

My new Acer laptop (Vista Basic) does the same exact god damn thing. Fucking drives me nuts. Can't right click. Click a link and the menu bar just flashes at you. Open a new tab and all it says is 'Connecting...'. Shut down, restart, works fine again for about another day. I'm pretty confident that it's not spyware or a virus of some sort. My only other explanation is that this cheapy laptop only comes with 512k of ram. That seems to slow it down drastically. I need to stuff a bunch more in this thing.

I'm going to be running an upgraded (Racetronix 255) intank pump with a KB Boost-a-pump on the factory lines. Then, I'm also going to be running a larger inline pump on a seperate fuel line, in parallel, with the stock line. The second pump will be hooked to a hobbs switch to activate at 4psi or so. I'm also making it a return style system with a 1:1 regulator. I don't have all the details ironed out such as part numbers and such, but I've got some time since I'm not starting on it til winter.

Not bad. My mother has been in the real estate business for about 15+ years as a weekend hobby. I've been re-habbing houses since I was 7-8 years old. There is money to be made, though the market sucks right now. We buy on the average of 2-3 houses/month, along with multiple rental properties that we own. I just recently got into the game on my own within the past year by buying 2 duplexs and a house in Lancaster to use as rental units. My next step is to get into buying and selling. To be honest though, the best way to do it with the least amount of headache is to buy them dirt cheap (well under appraisal) when you can find them, and just turn around and put them back on the market. If you stick with it, you'll eventually get tired of the remodeling gig. Good job though. It's a good money maker if you put the time in.
