It runs fine. He had some warranty work done to the rear differential, and it seems to be plauged with electronic bullshit, but other than that, it does fine. A little slow, but otherwise fine.
Dyno Daddy. I'm sure he'll pipe in if he wants the numbers to be known publically. However, I will say that after seeing his results with it, you'll have no problem running it in a high performance application.
The guy had a window switch and all other safety precautions. Story goes that the car bogged, fuel puddled in the intake, and ignited. But yes, it is somewhat old.
Not for that cheap of a price. I think lingenfelter's BASE twin turbo package for the vettes, is right around $25,000. That just gets you in the ballpark of 550hp, using your STOCK shortblock. Their high end shit is $$$$.
