My father is spraying with alcohol as the enrichment fuel on his 2-stroke outboard. Works just fine for him.

I believe he had a Corsa before, but got his insurance to pay for a GMMG ($$$) after he was rearended.

I saw it from the stands and was wondering the exact same thing.

There's a hell of a wall of air it's pushing against at those kinds of speeds. Plain and simple, 6th gear does not have enough 'gear' to pull any faster or to maintain that speed. Now, if the car had some more power, or a shorter 6th gear, maybe. How much power and how much shorter of a 6th gear? I don't know exactly. I also don't know the exact speed at which wind resistance overcomes 6th gears' ability to pull. *edit* - It's also a pretty well known fact on corvetteforum.com that C5/Z06 and C6/Z06 all reach their top speed in 5th gear.

I guess I stated it wrong. I assumed STC 'bought' it, but according to that Ebay ad, STC was the company originally selling it. Taken from the ebay link you posted: Marko D. STC Performance Engineering 1-847-640-7305 But, the pictures I posted were posted on Corvetteforum.com in mid March '06, by STC performance. So, it looks like they're still in posession of it. Who knows. Maybe the ebay deal fell through or something.

He's working on C5 and C6 twin turbo kits now. His company, Supercar Tuning Center (STC) is the one who 'bought' his old supra. You can see the STC sticker on the valve cover of your third pic. *edit* BTW. They just recently put on an even bigger turbo than the one is your pics. The one in the pic is a GT47-88. That is true. But thinking back on it, I don't know why I typed 110 (which is more than likely leaded). I actually meant 105 (which I think she said was unleaded). Long days own me.

Amy with the black GT's told me Sunday that 110 racegas at trails is only $3.00/gal. Shit, for that price, you might as well run it when possible. Damn shame I live so far away from there.
