  2. No problem. Were you looking for someone who works at one?
  3. I think I found the same information as you. I got him calmed down I think. This was just something I haven't heard about this in forever and wondered if it was still a true statement or not.
  4. Definitely excited to see this, although it'll be interesting to see Matt Damon play Carroll.
  5. Ford Edge. I believe one tire was brand new, the rest were around 6-8/32nds, according to his text.
  6. Turns out the axle seal is bad and is draining transmission fluid. New seal and I'm having new fluid put in too. We will see how it goes I guess.
  7. A buddy of mine just picked up a couple year old SUV that has computer-controlled AWD (no buttons/dials). The tires on it are all the same size and make, but they have slightly different tread depths. Now he is worried because he's always been told that the tires all have to be the same or it will throw off/damage the system. Is that even true anymore? I remember hearing about it back in the day, but thought I'd ask since I wasn't able to give him a definite answer.
  8. I got to be lazy for the afternoon. Wife gone, daughter napped for a couple of hours and I got to sit in my chair and read.
  9. Yeah, I'd rock it without the wheel covers. 5-10% really isn't all that much when you think about it.
  10. This. I was a detailer at a Honda dealer for a couple of summers in college and they had two guys who would do nothing but replace transmissions in second gen Odysseys and first gen Pilots. Honda stepped up and took care of a lot of people though, I have to give them credit for that.
  11. Probably never had it done. At least while we've owned it. Never did it on her previous CR-V either and it had 160k on it when we traded it in without issue.
  12. My wife's 06 CR-V has just started doing this as well. I thought it was a misfire or something, but no codes and plugs/wires are good. I've also noticed a small leak coming from somewhere so I've been thinking the tranny is leaking. I'd like to see if this could be a solution for us as well.
  13. Did you buy it back to flip? Guy selling is also named Tim.
  14. I'd do the same thing you would every year, but once they got bought out, they wouldn't budge. They even tried to switch me from my TWC bundle to theirs, which was more money. I told them I will be switching my provider then and they didn't even bat an eye. Switched to WOW and when I called to have everything turned off, they didn't give a damn. No "How can we keep you?". Just turned me off and said goodbye. I'd dump them if you can.
  15. None of us are going to want to live next to you after reading about what you've been doing to them.
  16. I can only imagine what the interior looks like......
  17. Very cool. Glad you were finally able to get it to its new home.
  18. What a purchase. These boats got HUGE though! Friends of ours has an older 19' Malibu and it's a blast to drive. You'll have loads of fun and girls with it.
  19. It doesn't have their terrible single-clutch automated manual in it, so that's a huge plus. Can't remember the last time I actually saw one of these with a true manual transmission in it.
