  1. I would prefer diesel, but those are few and far between and they also seem to bring alot more money. And of course I would want the 7.3 diesel as opposed to the problematic 6.0 diesel.
  2. Where are you getting these from? I need it local, also I am trading in a car, so it has to be a dealship.
  3. Wife and I went and looked at a 2002 Ford Excursion 4x4 Limited with the v10 gas motor today. Has all the space in the world! Flip down DVD, heated leather, power pedals, the whole package. They are asking $11000 for it, and it has 90k on the clock. Any opinions? How do they hold up maint. wise?? Anyone ever own one or know someone who does?
  4. Sweet man! I've always wanted one of those!
  5. Actually, the guy signing off the indiana title does NOT have to get it notarized. Michigan, Indiana and most other states dont make you do that. You may need to have a notary sign your OH title, but the indiana title does not need to be notarized. Just take it to the BMV get it inspected and you're done.
  6. Im seriously hoping this is a joke, and if it isnt, it'll never pass. If my some miracle of god that it does, i guess im gonna be getting arrested quite a bit, b/c I will not give up my cars and trucks!
  7. Yah, they want $36,000 for the one we are looking at. If ford was doing 0% financing right now, i may have thought about it, but i dunno yet.
  8. lol, umm is that a good thing or a bad thing?
  9. Wife has been bugging me for another AWD family vehicle. After looking at a few, im starting to lean towards a Ford Flex. Thoughts? Opinions? PIC: http://z.about.com/d/cars/1/0/D/k/ny_08_ford_flex.jpg

    Winter

Id have to say im a winter fan. 4 wheelers are so much more fun in snow!
  12. Well, I hope no one bet on Coture...
  13. Is it because or how wide they are or what?
  14. Yah, my bravada is ready for another season. SmartTrak FTMFW! I did just pick up a 77 F150 4x4 with a 6in. Skyjacker lift on it and 39.5in super swampers. Only thing is though, alot of people told me that it wont do good in snow b/c of the tires on it. Is that true? Pic http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/SHOtyme24v/Unnamed3.jpg
  15. I wouldnt say I fall into the category of loving my job. But I cant complain. Its paying for my house, cars, and family. I've been there 5 years and its a steady job. Times like this, I love it more just for that fact that I know when I wake up every morning my job is still there and not going anywhere. I work at the Lowes DC. Only jobs I would love would be something in the automotive industry or being a contractor. Unfortunately, those jobs are a little risky to be jumping into right now. P.S. Are you guys still planning on doing a Cum Guzzlers 4 this winter?
  16. Trust me, Im pretty sure if you rolled into the dealer in your vette, that they would not refuse you for a test drive. If you own a vette, common sense should tell them you are good to drive an sti.
  17. WOW, wasnt this already covered. Its not a Ford Motor! Its a Yamaha motor in a ford body. Damn, take your ford bashing elsewhere, we get it already, you dont need to post about how much you hate ford 20 times in a thread. :gtfo: Anyway, coming from someone thats owned 3 of them, I say go for it. They are wonderful cars. Fully loaded and pretty fast. Just keep up on your 60k maint. and you'll be fine.
  18. Hey, I have a red 93 Thunderbird SC for sale. It is a 5spd, leather interior, moonroof, power windows, and JVC Cd player. It starts everytime without fail, and runs very well. Some of the bad stuff on the car is a tear in the drivers seat, a couple spots of rust bubbles on the rear fenders, and the clutch needs to have the air bled out of the lines. The person I bought it from replaced the slave cylinder and never bled it. It is still very drivable, you just have to help the clutch back up with your foot, it only returns about 3/4 of the way. Other than that, I dont really have any gripes about the car. I also would have to say that the previous owner replaced the cluster in the car. Because when I bought it, the odometer said the car had 159,000 on it, but the title from when he bought it (6months prior) said the car only had 126,000 on it. I found it hard to believe that he drove it 34,000mi. in 6months time. It has brand new headlights and clear corners, and the rear wheel bearings were gone through and replaced on the passenger side. The drivers side is still good. I am asking $1500obo. Also considering trades. Lemme know what you have! Thanks! http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/SHOtyme24v/IMG00010.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/SHOtyme24v/tbirdSC.jpg

  20. Filing a noise complaint may not do anything, but if you call the dog warden and say hes been loose in your yard and u feel intimidated by the dog, they might...
  21. Judging by his mod list I'd say no on the IRS...
