Ceramic coatings (optic pro plus) and Porsche decals (from porsche) went on. Many Porsche dealers don't do this. It's frowned upon from the folks in Germany and can limit the amount of GT division cars the dealer may get. However, quite a few wealthy individuals will put their brand new 30 mile GT3 RS on consignment with them for 90k over asking.

There is a stop sale on new tdi cars. If you bought a used one after the issue was confirmed by VW you are not eligible. So, no.

Imo it's really not enough. Sure, maybe the Passat and Jetta folks are thrilled. You got 25-40% of your car paid for. My used tdi Touareg dropped 18k in value on trade to the same dealer 3 months later with only 3k additional miles. Might be acceptable for a new car sure, but a used 2014 with 20k. No way. No other dealers even want the car. We tried to get in a Land Rover LR4 and the sales associate couldn't do the deal with the tdi on trade. My attorney is waiting to see what the judge says tomorrow...

Well, it's been snowing for the last two days or so. We have right around 15 inches or so on the ground....so I cleaned both cars. Supposed to be better next weekend when we are back into the 70s and maybe low 80s. And folks say Ohio weather is crazy. Most likely was a sapphire blue metallic car. That was a standard option from porsche with the GT4. Great color! Literally, you could get your car painted any color you wanted if Porsche accepts the sample. I only know of 3-4 Voodoo Blue cars on the GT4registry. There may be one in Houston, but I'd say it would be pretty rare to see another one.

Not the best day for delivery but... I couldn't wait any longer. The car is absolutely as advertised. The steering feels so much more precise/tighter than the 991. Power feels a bit underrated but I'm following break in procedure. Yea definitely was a process. For a while carbon buckets were pulled from the option list which really make the car. Essentially, they are the same seat from the 918 spyder. Quite lucky to get them along with the paint to sample.

No, I wish. I ran out of garage space. It is the only car I regret selling...well second to my Daytona coupe, which this car replaced.
