Illegals should have no capabilities to obtain anything that comes from the Federal government. That is my "common sense" opinion regarding HR 3200. Now on the topic of socialized healthcare in general: it's all a political load of bullshit that democrats have been licking their chops at for years until now. I LOVED how Obama tried conveying bipartisanship last night, yet when the camera pans to Congress, obviously only one party is involved in the bill.

In case you do not know, the CRS does not provide these reports to the public, but members of Congress upon request. The link I posted is the exact report given to a member of Congress after proposal. A member of the press obtained it somehow. Since you will not read it, I'll sum it up for you: HR3200 makes no requirements for illegals to get healthcare, which is what democrats and the President are promoting. However, the bill does NOTHING to prevent illegals from obtaining federal aid.

Typical liberal response. Always goes back to "Well, Bush was worse." when you don't realize a large number of real conservatives are pretty displeased with his terms as well. For instance, the Patriot Act sure sounds nice and cozy and secure for a lot of people, but in the wrong hands it can turn in to a tool for tyranny. Dr. Rick has it right when he says Obama is the most radical of all Presidents; even the most liberal Presidents have ruled from the middle. Look at his whole damn cabinet: a majority of them are tax frauds and/or radicals. Most of his czars, who now have executive capabilities without even being appointed by congress, are super-radicals. His regulatory czar hates the 2nd Amendment; THE 2ND AMENDMENT!! - this is the guy who can control regulating ammunition, gun manufacturinbg and supplies! If that doesn't cause concern then I don't know what else to say.

You think this because we are still on the brink of our original democratic-republic. Wait until we slip in to a socialistic-republic. It may not be under Obama's watch, but with every President, we lose more freedoms. The America today is not as free as the past America.

I cook/bake almost everything I eat now. I don't have a favorite meal, but I go through stages of favoring different regions for food. Currently, I'm stuck on Italian food (probably because I'm......Italian). Around 10am today, I started stewing some chicken broth with some potatoes and full chicken breasts for 5 hours on low-heat. I cooked up some rice and noodles and turned it in to the most delicious risotto I've ever tasted.

I have several thoughts on any presidential speech towards youth. On one hand, I think the President is, whether anyone likes it or not, a role model. On the other hand, EVERY President and/or politician has other motivations for any speech. These types of speeches historically are made any time there is a profound issue being discussed across the nation. I read the text of his speech yesterday, and while it seemed harmless enough, only time will tell.

I was pleased with Michigan today, to be honest. During the OSU game, I went apeshit when Tress pulled Pryor in the second quarter just for some second-string action. Seriously, get a real good lead going before pulling the first string in the godamn second quarter. I felt the offense was pretty good but our defense needs some serious tuning.

Just picked up my #2 jersey earlier today. Damnit, I love this time of year.
