  1. I feel ashamed that I haven't had the time to post this very same review of Joe. I took his class a few weeks ago and can vouch for everything clay said. I waited for a few months after I wanted to get my ccw, passing up excellent references for instructors, to take it with Joe. The wait was worth it.
  2. :lolguy::dumb: Didn't burn a drop of oil in my tsi either. DadS FSI doesn't either.
  3. In the a4, yes. Dsg in the GTI is a great choice, although I found it boring as any auto is. There is a different engine in the GTI starting 2008.5 called a tsi. Its a timing chain has a better flowing head, cheaper to mod, and much less issues than the FSI which is belt. My 09 GTI had 1 issue in 76800 miles.
  4. The only dimension that is real world bigger on a 3 hatch than GTI is load floor. The radical slope eats up the ability to use that dimension. Also, almost every company I have read about uses the 1qt/1000 miles is acceptable.
  5. Love Ferraris but don't think I'd fit in one. I'd love to take a look though.
  6. Thanks for your 10x removed knowledge of 10 year old cars, its appreciated. Oh, I have no doubt you actually think that. :lolguy:
  7. :dumb: You can't be serious. Who knew? :dumb: Just stop! THIS He has seen my wife.

    Salty Audi...

RS5? or S5? Either way, purty car.
  9. Apparently I give you too much credit. Why would we buy a car for her that I can't fit in? A family sedan at that. :dumb: Jones :dumb: I'll go ahead and get this out of the way too Kids :dumb:
  10. I didn't say I was the target audience, or that the rear seat isn't monstrous, or that 99% of people won't be comfortable in the front of it. I simply mentioned something disappointed me when we looked at them for Jess. Oh, and EAD.
  11. While this is true, they are able to provide that room because they limited front seat travel. I can no longer comfortably fit in the Passat or Jetta, as they were bastardized with seat tracks that randomly stop for no reason...
  12. They are coming out with an R-Line Passat, with the 2.0T TSI gas engine. Might be something to look into as well. The TDI is nice, but pretty slow.
  13. MK7 looks good. VW and Audi have the best commercials.
  14. Sure, I'm bringing my nunchucks, however.
  15. Apparently if you purchase the engineered hardwood with a thick finish layer, it can be refinished almost as many times as straight hardwood. I'll have to do some shopping around and see what we like.
  16. From what I have found, you can get engineered hardwood for about the same price as laminate. Why wouldn't I go that route?
  17. So our dogs have fucked up our carpet. I want to get something in the living room, probably a laminate hardwood of some sort. What can I expect to pay for the flooring, and/or installation. Places to buy? Recommendations? I'd be open to tile of some sort in the kitchen too, but that'll probably be down the road.
  18. The only Audi posted was the A7/RS7, which has its own distinct rear.
  19. I can see where there is lots of room for improvement on it, but I shoot it very well. There is also more to enjoying the firearm than the trigger. Everything about it feels perfect to me. This isn't to say I wouldn't like a modified trigger even more, or another weapon more, just that I haven't fired one yet that I liked more.
