What he did will not do anything to help the argument. To anyone educated, he sounded like a blow hard. Logical, calm arguments are needed, not sensationalism (on both sides).

Yep, he actually hurt the cause, rather than help it.

He doesn't come off very well IMO. He has some good points, but his delivery and demeanor is not helping. A calm person who would have been able to logically debate would have been much better.
