Yeh that was when he was 10, I would say that's long enough. Also St.C is closer to Pittsburgh than it is Cleveland or Cincy.
So I just want to get this right, You are giving a guy a hard time for being a fan of the closest team to his home that he has loved since he was 10. Yup, sounds like a bandwagon jumper to me:rolleyes:
Quit being a hater
The way I see it is this. The Evo is one of the best street & strip cars there are. There are a hand full of 9 second full interior streetable Evos out there. It's not the best strip only car, it's not the best street only car, but I believe it is the best at handling both.
engine block mods? BR built 2.0
head mods? AMS race head, +1mm valves, GSC 280 cams
tranny mods? New factory with 05 revisions
type of clutch? Exedy twin HD
turbo set ups? ported FP Red
suspension set ups? Tein springs
best 1/4 time and trap? best trap 125 so far on pump. That was on a shitty ACT clutch that locked me out every time I shifted.
Don't know about that. But this is my favorite combo:

I pay 108 a month for Full coverage on the Evo, full coverage on a Town and Country, liability on an eddie bauer explorer, and full coverage on a cheap camper.
I think the Evo portion of the bill is $46
Keep shopping insurance.
Just to be fair, the same company insures my home so that accounts for some of the savings.
Evo
Kenny already said pretty much everything I was going to.
DSM reliability?? Riiiiiiiiigggggggght. Evos are reliable when they aren't in the hands of a retard. A properly tuned and maintained Evo should be just as reliable as a Subaru. I have owned both, so it's not like I have anything against WRXs. There are a handful of daily driven 9 second Evos out there. How many DD 9 second WRXs are there??
The interior is debatable. There are things I miss about the WRX and there are things I like better about the Evo.
Mine used to be a daily driver, but now I park it so the salt doesn't destroy it. Even though it's all wheel drive it's a mofo to drive in bad weather. Twin disk clutch + high boost + stock frame fast spooling turbo = sucks in winter.
One of the reasons I went with the Evo was so I could drive it year round, and now I have another winter garage ornament.
A Keto diet will melt the fat off of you. High protein and fat, low carb.
I found a good bit of info and some good workouts on http://www.theabsforum.com
2 months ago I was 200. Now I am 175. I am hoping to get down to 165 and stay there.
Good online deals usually come on "Cyber Monday"
I caught a few good ones actually on Thanksgiving day last year.
To answer the original question, I am sending the wife after some toys for the kids. I wouldn't be caught dead shopping in a store on black Friday. I worked in retail for a while, that was enough for me.
I figured it would have to be something like that.
Cambridge is right at the intersection of 70 & 77. If you guys make the trip I could meet up with you here and cruise out to Piedmont and back. There's a few other guys that live around here that are on the site, mwilliams (gto) doug s (wrx), I am sure they would come out.
If you used launch control, his warranty is gone. It even states it in the warranty supplement with the owners manual. The computer also records how the car has been driven and if launch control was used. I guess it's more like a hard drive than a RAM because a reset of the ECU doesn't delete the memory.
If I shelled out 80k for one and found out I can't use the launch control that was basically the pinnacle of their advertisement (great 0-60) I would have been one pissed off individual.
I guess I would have also been pissed when I took it to the track and ran slower than the "test cars." I think only one guy has been able to reproduce the great numbers that the "test cars" were getting.
All in all I think the car has been a major let down. Most people are probably wishing they would have just bought one of the few legalized R34s. Atleast they won't drop in value like the R35 is going to.
Nissan are a bunch of pieces of shit for advertising a 0-60 that can only be obtained using a feature that voids your warranty. I await the large lawsuit and will laugh my ass off when they lose.
When did you work at the press Anthony?
I just figured I could meet a few of you guys since you will be so close.
For example I could find out if you were as gay in person as you are online
I put a smiley so you can't get mad.
What??? Freeport???
I used to live in Freeport. It's only about 25 minutes from where I live now. If you guys come down this way I will have to meet up with you somewhere.
You did shift like grand ma
Just kidding man, what you've accomplished already with the car is nothing short of amazing.
At this pace you're gonna be DEEP in the 9s before I get my 10
