As already stated the compressor on a centrifugal supercharger looks like a turbo compressor. Quite different from the roots style supercharger the GTPs run.

The problem is the readers only get one side of the story in the newspaper. We have people on here that write some great stuff and make valid point. the problem is, the only ones reading it are the people that KNOW we are not bad people. Someone here should write a proper letter to the editor describing the real car community. The one that meets at the TRACK, goes to shows(including ones at churches), and the one that tries to help out fellow members. I am not saying to direct anything towards her letter, because that would only add fuel to the fire. I am more thinking of one that would attempt to combat the flurry of recent derogatory media that is following the car scene. Call out the general public and say that they should help us get more tracks, and more legal places to keep this shit off the road.

Different insurance companies must use different scales to determine costs. When I had my WRX the insurance was surprisingly cheap. He said that the safety rating was pretty good, and that they did not have a history of paying high medical bills due to an accident with one, and that they base a lot of the cost on that rather than the value of the vehicle.

I took the kids to the Columbus Zoo yesterday and on the way home stopped at the FlyingJ to get gas. I was in my Mountaineer, so I only had to get 87. I couldn't believe I was HAPPY to pay $3.61 a gallon. In Cambridge 87 is still around $3.85 and where I get 93 for the Evo is like $4.09

Just from some quick searching it looks like both engines have a large following of people picking one over the other for different reasons. 12v - less stuff to break, easier to work on, better fueling? 24v - better flow (obviously), more potential peak hp The guys I know must just happen to be fans of the 12v

would probably run high 14s at best Those aren't that high of numbers on a diesel really. I know a guy that makes 400/650 and only runs high 13s. Those things are heavy as hell.
