Assuming the area on the left is the sink I would go pick up or borrow an oscillating saw and cut the lines in red and remove all those pieces or whatever gets you to the proper width and drill out the blue for the supply and drain lines.

Honda factory paint is garbage so yes they will respray it to an equal quality as the rest of the car. Have then respray it and call it a day. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

What about Punta cana in the DR. Many of the adult only locations are awesome, very relaxed and allow you to not have to see many people if you don't want too, we paid $900/person for a week all inclusive flight from cols included Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk -
The titles have to be present to be cleared for sale, any title issues total loss rebuilt, theft, etc are rare but announced as such. All the links are dead because those cars sold today so now they will start loading in the cars for next week. You can proxy bid as a dealer I'm not sure if you can as the public. You are welcome to walk the cars, start them up, and move them forward and back but cannot drive them.

Like anything, it's all over the place, I've seen cars go for half what they should have and I've seen cars go for 20k more than they should have. There are good deals in every sale, there are also alot of not deals in every sale. 90% of the cars sell to dealers so obviously they think there is some margin in them. Honestly for 110k and being a repo that S5 was stupid clean, it surprisingly ran well too. I believe it sold for 12.5 and after talking with the dealership who bought it they were willing to pay more if needed.

Essentially yes, just come get a number and bid. The majority of the cars we run are dealer only (cars coming from Chrysler, BMW, Nissan, Mercedes, etc) but all the repos are open to the public. All the processes and details are on the website. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

So at the beginning of this year I made a bit of a career change and started working for Manheim Auto Auction in Grove City. I handle a few different accounts but most notably is a rather large repo account. I thought I'd start a thread to just post up some of the more interesting cars we get in and are for sale to the public. Maybe some of them can go to some good homes. Hopefully this thread is ok, feel free to let me know if it's not. I do not benefit from cars selling high or low in any way. For example in tomorrow's sale: 2010 Audi S5 https://www.manheim.com/publicauctions/vehicleDetail.do?auctionID=OAA&saleDate=20170418&saleYear=2017&saleNumber=16&sortKey=1&sortDirection=asc&consignor=REPO&index=285 2013 Mercedes S550 https://www.manheim.com/publicauctions/vehicleDetail.do?auctionID=OAA&saleDate=20170418&saleYear=2017&saleNumber=16&sortKey=1&sortDirection=asc&consignor=REPO&index=234 2012 Infiniti M37 https://www.manheim.com/publicauctions/vehicleDetail.do?auctionID=OAA&saleDate=20170418&saleYear=2017&saleNumber=16&sortKey=1&sortDirection=asc&consignor=REPO&index=269 2007 BMW Z4 https://www.manheim.com/publicauctions/vehicleDetail.do?auctionID=OAA&saleDate=20170418&saleYear=2017&saleNumber=16&sortKey=1&sortDirection=asc&consignor=REPO&index=250

I work with Chrysler turn backs and the cars set to turn back in 2017 will literally double the 2016 and 2015 numbers. The used market will be flooded this year with turn backs from all manufacturers so expect new units to slow back down to where they should be.

For what it's worth, I'd suggest talking with Aaron Tobias 614/832-5004. No matter what your going to be better off with him for both processes then on your own or with most others. He's based out of gc. Our last house sold in 1 day above ask, bought another a month ago and are about to list another in about 3 weeks. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Are you talking 5% combining the buyers and sellers side? Some listing agents in other states charge 5% but that doesn't survive here, market is too hot and the realtor market is too saturated. Are you buying and selling or just selling? Is the house in Grove city? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

I'd strongly suggest you not use that as your only means. At the very least hire on of the Realtors that you pay a flat fee( normally $200) to have them just list it on the MLS. Also just curious what your reasoning is? You will still end up paying the 3% on the buyers side. Unless you live in an area of $300+ homes that sell in a day then hire a realtor that takes 1-1.5% . There is also a good chance a decent Realtor will make or save you the 1% during the process. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Solar roofs are such a game changer because unlike the panels you install on a roof, the roof you need anyway, being able to roll those costs together would be amazing. It could cost 2x as asphalt roof and still be a great deal but if they can keep it close to one in pricing sign me up. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Talk to Duff on here, he knows his stuff and is incredibly helpful when it comes to hvac. As for the opener diy, if not call Grove overhead doors or search on here for a few other recommendations. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Gross, those fees sound shady and aweful. The wife and I went all inclusive to the Dominican Republic a few years ago for less then 900/per. Flights, food, hotel etc all included. I'm assuming you are searching out a few months and not right now because it's spring break. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

We sell previous Canadian cars at work all the time. You are going to take a slight hit on them compared to their 50 state spec counterpart. But as long as you account for that it's a nice little way to save a buck. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Ya this is what I'd do, rent commercial. Other option is to tell the people buying your house that if they don't move the date you aren't coming to closing, make them call your bluff.

Not necessarily true, personally I'm all for lower income brackets getting back all of what they have put in throughout the year. (we are probably in the minority on here with that belief) but it's those that get back more then they put in I'm not thrilled with. My sister in law would make about 10, pay in 1-2 then get 6-7 back on her taxes. The only upside in my mind is that people in that category are guaranteed to put 100% of it right back into the local economy.

But why not 500hp..... Srsly though there is a decent chunk of the population that doesn't bat an eye at 60k for a vehicle. It's just a 700$/mo payment to them and or a write off. With those stylings, 7 seats and 4 ton towing it allows it to steal away customers who are buying ugly 60k towing vehicles.
