How does one set up a sting? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

You can really do the whole thing in the spring. It depends on if it's really as bad as you make it sound but if so I'd hit it with a weed killer 2 times this year, best done via back pack sprayer but you can also get the bottles that hook to the hose with decent success. cut all the plants back early fall so they stand a chance to survive if you want them too, start bagging the lawn to prevent everything from dropping more weeds. Then in the spring I'd mow it really low and rent a sod cutter and cut out all the bad spots. Fill and grade everything with fresh soil and seed it. Also if the grass is really heavily shaded think about making a bed in that area as you'll probably always fight grass growing there. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Would the house be vacant 9 mo a year or just you won't be there 9 mo a year? Something to keep in mind from the yard work/ landscaping argument is you can have landscaping done for about half per month that an condo hoa charges. The condos exterior benefit is siding and roofs but that won't matter for your house because your around enough to have that done. Condos can make for good rentals but don't appreciate Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Best thing to do is call or better yet go to the permit office and talk to them. They are normally nice about explaining the process. Technically your looking at an inspection of the new lines, drain and supply, and where they tie into the old system. One to inspect the framing and pan (depending if it's poured, framed,or drop in, also to check the clearances between shower/toilet/vanity/wall/door meet code. Assuming you don't need to add a fan or lights or any electrical because once you touch the electric, you have to upgrade your smoke detectors/co2 for the house to code. The age is the toughest part, I had one for years before and during braces and it's annoying but not horrible in anyway. I have never met someone who had that work pre age 12 and benefited from it vs having it done at age 13-18. You gotta let the adult teeth settle before messing with them so much. My front 2 teeth were a freaking V at age 12 and straightened out by 13/14. What's her dentist saying? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

About 30 pavers, 12x12 as you can see they are flat on one side and textured on the other. There aren't enough for me to make a path so before I go bury them in the woods anyone want them? http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160727/367ef178c83d2812cd97c17e3d278551.jpg Edit: shiii sorry wrong for sale section would someone mind moving it?

Chase and US Bank both for sure do, I'd assume all large banks do. Fun fact a buddy of mine invented this technology for Chase.

Depends on where you commute too. As you know you can't really go wrong anywhere on the north end. Personally I'd suggest Tuttle. It has the least traffic of all the north end exists, their are tons of houses/condos/apts that give you access to the highway in about 2 minutes, it's Dublin schools, but alot cheaper then living more North, and everything + the mall is there so it's everything you need. You've probably made up your mind at this point but I'll throw votes in for both us bank and chase. I bank with US my parents and wife with chase, I have cc's with both. They both offer great service, chase has the best hours of anyone I know. Both have Auto bill pay, mobile deposits, atm fee refund, you can do most of the in store banking with their atms now too. In my opinion you bank with nationals and lend with locals. Last thing you want is to be on vacation and be trying to figure out which credit unions have partnerships with yours. Huntington has been mentioned multiple times here so their residential side must be good. I deal with their corporate side at work and they are such a PITA, tic tac fees on everything and outdated support and systems. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

I went to dublin schools and played basketball, football, baseball, soccer, golf, and ran track and was on swim team. I'd say the biggest thing that most kids and parents don't know is their are 3 tiers to all sports, not 2. Most think it's either the local youth League (aka DYA or ymca) or full on travel OP style leagues. Then there are leagues in the middle, they are for the kids that have scaled out of the youth but who don't have the time/money/commitment for the big travel teams. They play against other cities within 20-30 min rather then states away. In my opinion the most important thing is they go and try stuff and decide for themselves. My dad's rule was every season we had to be doing something, if we hated it we could switch next season but you had to stick it out and try for 1 season. I gained alot of great friends, experiences knowledge through those activities. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

For what it's worth you really want to lay and cut the whole room first, rather then piecing things in later. Or at least with 2 people cut as you go. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Whose credit cards do you have? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

What are your needs and what features are important to you? Other then the sh** holes that are 5/3 and BofA most banks are relatively similar. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Nice, ya once the lender gets a letter your golden from there. Glad it all worked out. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

ask them for a letter stating that. Otherwise it often takes 30-60 days or more for it to be removed from your report
-
You need to pull all three and see if it's on all of them or just one then start calling them and disputing it there are paid services in Columbus that will do this for you but you may as well start with the free option first also most lenders can expedite the reporting process and even report things to the bureau's for you Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

Did they give you the appraisers report yet? If not I'd ask for your copy of it. It will at least have the details and the contact of who did it and you can call him directly.
-
are you using FHA or the like .gov backed refi?

Columbus doesn't have any rules on <6ft fences and they don't want involved in civil items that come from them. Now, the HOA may have rules on it though.
