  1. You may be in luck with it being a small town. you would never get such decent communication out of someone like the city of Columbus. I'd at least prepare a lawyer just in case my fear would be that unless you drained and winterized the system the leak would have happened either way. Now, obviously 100 gallons vs 1000 gallons is pretty different but I could see an insurance company wanting to put some of the blame back on you.
  2. Not that this guy needs any more praise or money from the CR community but he really is great to deal with. We currently own and were looking at about 15,000 different options from selling and buying, just buying, refinancing, cash out refinancing and a few other scenarios in between. He was calm and willing to answer all our questions and walk through all the options and what they would look like til we settled on what we wanted to do. their was absolutely no pressure. He even helped us secure some good contacts on other services we needed. The rates and fees were great and far better then many of the competitors. He was easy to work with and was regularly available via phone and email, often after hours. One of the best parts for me was that we basically did the whole thing via email and some calls. He works at the Dublin locations and at the end all we had to do was come into the Grove City branch (where we live) sign a few things and were done. He will certainly have lots of our business moving forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
  3. I think that was my favorite part. They started off saying it was for the 2 guys going to jail but really it never had anything to do with them. They even publicly denounced the militia not 8 hours after it all started. Then the truth started coming out that it's really just about his dad and the feds and now here we are a few days later and no one gives a crap.
  4. My uncle is from Europe and travels back and forth to the states a few times a year. He swears by find the cheapest flight from the US into anywhere over there and then getting from country to country and place to place once you are over there is dirt cheap vs trying to fly directly into a large main place like London.
  5. So a quick probably dumb question but I've never dealt with paintless dent removal or an accident before. A coworker backed into my parked car this morning, he's a good guy and a friend and he felt really bad about it and came right in to tell me. He figured it would probably be $1000 i thought that seemed crazy for that bit. It doesn't seem too bad from the exterior. It pushed the lower part of the drivers side door in. It still closes and seals fine. Hard to see in the pictures given the white car and snow. The question is: Is something this large something the PDR folks can handle or would trying to go that route not save any money or time? Or just go straight for someone like Clifford? thanks http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/20160112_102049_zpsvmtptc7l.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/20160112_102046_zps71eul6we.jpg
  6. Also something to keep in mind is realtors will cut deals sometimes where they take a lower commission on selling yours to be your agent when you buy the next one. If someone took 1.5 or 2% is it worth the risk and hassle doing it yourself? I also have a coworker who does it himself and swears it's the way to go. On the other hand it's great to not have to deal with photos, ads, contracts, legal, schedules, staging and just hand those off for someone else to deal with.

    Elio

A flying car will probably beat the elio to market...
  8. There is only one? What do they do when he is napping?
  9. One of those first lines says it all. the car company that has never built a car, is going to build a 1000hp car... Also Chinese backed foreign backings always go well, just ask the Bahamas how Baha Mar is going.
  10. This, I don't rent from that one but have 2 down the street from there for $50/mo. Tons of apartments there and all have garages so someone normally has an open garage.
  11. A little off topic but the issue with non competes in most cases is that you can't prevent someone from baking a living so in situations where that's their job you can't prevent them from doing that job even if it's for a competitor. When we take customers it's lots of steak, fish, and sushi, you could try that haha
  12. We have a vizio 2.1 set up. I believe it's 38". They sell just the bar for about 100 or bar and sub for 150. I'd say it's well worth it. Sounds great, I like the styling and controls. Allows up to 6 devices. Worked right out of the box with our direct TV remote. We don't even use the wireless sub much because the bar provides clear sound at every volume. Our tv speakers were garbage, that's why we got it, and while we have had home theatres and what not I just couldn't justify spending more then $200 on a living room tv that's running sports, cartoons and movies 24/7.
  13. Congrats, great choice. Now pics!
  14. It really is depressing how little you get for 5k now a days...
  15. I have a friend with a 14 or 15 wrx limited in the subby blue and it is so sick. He drives it for work and it plays double duty of hauling kids as well. If you haven't gone and test drove one it's worth a shot. Like any turbo car the mpg is all about how you drive. In my turbo rated for 20mpg I've gotten 35, I've also gotten 8.
  16. Just don't take your car to IPS or CTD whatever you do...
  17. Not once have a ever seen or heard of someone I know or someone that is near me get offended by Merry Christmas or the like. I have chalked this issue up to a media circus based on .00001% of the population getting mad about it on the interwebz which doesn't count anyway.
  18. The concept is kind of understandable though, Florida has the dumbest cc rules I've ever seen.
  19. The best part about this all is lets be honest... no one actually gives 2 shits. like every fake issue that hits the media circuit people are all up in arms about something they weren't watching anyway... It's 2015, can we just do away with these irrelevant out of date pageants already.
  20. What do you mean by "then take the Account Executive Code Cell 7B with cell 7X." do you mean just replace what's in column B with what's in Column X? assuming that's what you meant, first flip the zip and the AE so the zip is in X and the AE is in Y. Then it would just be: in cell B7 =vlookup(K7,$X$7:$Y$13,2,FALSE)
  21. Yup, still available. Pm sent
  22. It's not necessarily a requirement by law as much as people are just making it a condition to buy the house. 4.0 is a pretty fair number and most people will live or accept 5 and under. The concerns are more with those over 20. Many houses in New Albany and Dublin have been known to test in the 30's and 40's. Moisture does play a big factor so it wouldn't seem shocking that companies are trying to take advantage of it. It's a pretty nice set up for them, a 1/2 day or 1 day of work billing $800-$1000.
