  1. Cast iron is way better than anything with teflon.
  2. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2195/2394823727_74fd902f51.jpg?v=0 j/k Shirts, sweaters, a movie new, washer and dryer
  3. I am in favor of legalizing it. I don't encourage anyone do that stuff. I just don't see the need to throw people in jail for years for having a bag of it.
  4. That eliminates a few people on here from buying it. :bangbang:
  5. I have a few old compaqs, free. I have to clean the hard drives. but the will have an operating system. I even have a monitor for him. FREE!!!!!! come and get'em!!!!!!!!!!1
  6. I bought a set of Maytags from ABC warehouse in Mansfield. $1500 out the door with 3 year extended warranty. The stench people get is because they are dumb and lazy. Leave the door cracked, and use the cleaning tablet once per month and you are good to go. My friend has a set of LG's and he was having problems with them smelling all the time until the goof ball read the directions and started taking care of them. We would never go back to top loads. The amount of time the wife spends doing laundry is reduced enough she now has time to pack my lunch for the next day and massage my feet after a hard day at work.
  7. Did you get a carton of Marlboros ?
  8. I still wonder why I moved back to Ohio from Hawaii
  9. I know enough to be dangerous if you want help.
  10. I generally see 2-3x medical bills. Unless the chiro runs up 10k for a sprain. If you are under care for longer than 6 weeks you better have some decent diagnostics to substantiate the need for that care (MRI/CT NCV/EMG etc.). The largest PI bill I have ever had was 11k but we had multiple levels of disc involvement in the cervical and lumbar. They also had several complicating factors that extend the need for care beyond 6 weeks. If the at fault is Allstate insured all bets are off. You will not get enough to pay your medical unless you go to trial. Even then most of the time juries are conservative in the settlements that are handed out. The last case I testified in, the lady had 12k in medical including me, Physical Medicine Rehab Dr. MRI's, Pain management. The verdict was in her favor for a whopping 4K. Luckily the doctors forgave the debts because we knew she got robbed. On top of that, 3 of the jurors were patients of mine.

    Ammo??

I bought two boxes of .45acp years ago. The power they use is very corrosive, it put a pit in the gun toward muzzle. I would never use it in a gun you care anything about.
  12. That is what i think too. Why is my business different? He took something of value from me and did not pay. If I go to Walmart and take a cart full of stuff out the front door and not pay I go to jail. We need to change the laws.
  13. I understand that, but my question is about the criminal side. Why is he not being charged with theft of services per the ORC?
  14. your right. For me it is mostly principle, I don't like thieves.
  15. We did send it certified mail. Certain companies have a history of this. Auto Owners, Ohio Mutual, and Allstate are known for this activity. They do this to make providers think twice about treating injured people, therefore decreasing the overall case cost .
  16. you should be paid much more!!
  17. I went to GE once to shop. I did not even make it through the produce section and I left.
  18. Up here in this crap hole there is only one guy. I dont know if this is the way it is in every county. This is the same guy that allowed my wife and I to be stalked for over a year and did nothing!
  19. I am just asking for an opinion why it is not criminal. Seems the prosecutor could not say why either. Or is she saying in a round about way it should be criminal and the prosecutor is not doing his job?
  20. How long does it take you to do the surgery? How many follow up visits? How much is the medical device? How much is the hospital bill?
  21. The prosecutor and I had a not so pleasant conversation on Friday about this. I don't think he likes me. This guy did not even know how the ORC read. He said the ORC says that I must be "permanently deprived" of the money. I corrected him about that and he got really mad. I was not trying to belittle him, just trying to point out that he was not correct in his remembrance of the ORC wording. The way I look at it is the guy shoplifted in my office.
