Yes , however a lot of people already have pre orders in as it was going to be a 2022 production car. So with that being pushed I am curious how that effects anyone does the 2023 pre order

So with the 26th around the corner and production being pushed until 2023

Does anyone know how or IF you can pre order a 2023 Z06?

I have never bought a new car and have never looked at a pre order for one but I am at a financial place and have decided if possible a 2023 Z06 will be the one for me to pull the trigger on

With production being pushed the actual information online is so scattered and not helpful

Anyone have experience here and if at this point in our weird economy time if I wanted to pre order one will it even be possible ??

Just realized I’ve been a CR member for half of my life .. sheesh I joined because my next door neighbor

Most of my times out was many many years ago where I met a lot of current and past members who probably might not even remember who I am if they saw me today

My best early memories was being out at the thrift store and before that east main until early hours of the morning

Had they just listed it for what they wanted or slightly more it likely would have sold here or elsewhere with no listing fee or hassle involved. $10k more than desired is nothing on a $250k car. On a ~$15k car that's quite a leap.

Exactly.. when I see a listing price and in my mind I am no where near that I move on and never look back. I’m not here to take 3 weeks and countless hours explaining why I want to pay this price and why you feel it is worth X price .

If it’s close I’ll obviously negotiate but asking 25k but actually willing to take 40% less is killing your potential market of buyers

Well if I actually watched this auction I might have bought this vehicle .. it sold for $17,500 so only about 10k under his asking price

Do you need the set to have decent tread depth or are they just for a roller?

 

I have a set of used FRS wheels with Firestone tires in that size, but I'm not sure tread depths are. I'm going to have to check tomorrow.

Need a good set , they are going on my daily . Current ones are at about 4/32 so it’s time to get some new ones before winter comes

Looks like a new set will run me about $500 installed

Fwiw I would take a set oh wheels and tires for the right price that would fit a 2014 ct200h which is a 5x100 bolt pattern

We have a ton of illegal riders on my area that constantly speed down the streets. Just last year a 4 wheeler ran smack into the back of a park high top transit van and damn near sent him straight to the hospital.

make sure if you do get him something he is following the laws please.

I hope each night I dont hear a loud smash and have to go try and save one of these poor kids lives because they think they can weave through neighborhood side street at speed in the dark without a worry in the world

So you have tint that needs removed? The guy that does most of our cars usually has a special for around $150 for the whole car. But if you have old tint in place that raises the price a lot, I have to have 1 window done on a car that was tinted a long time ago and he said $75 just for that window due to having to remove the tint.

what is that info? I would love to get my lexus tinted ( 2 front doors, rear doors and small 1/4 glass windows) but ive been quoted pretty high for me to pull the trigger on it. Any where near $150 would be a steal imo

Few Hundo for scrap and they will actually charge you of it has tires on it here.

Best bang is to remove the cat and sell it separate toss junk wheels on it if you can and remove them right before they take it for the scrap heap at the yard

Another one in dublin we wrapped up for some friends of mine. Fought with their insurance and got their roof covered. Looked so good they decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on a mix of Board&Batten and dutchlap siding, also added all new soffit and fascia wrap paired with color matching new gutters.

These are a few jobs we wrapped up recently

First for a Cr member:

This got a full commercial grade standing seam black metal roof, Paired with oversized black gutters along with gray Board&Batten siding. They also opted to do a cedar accent that will be stained to match the rest of their exterior woodwork. We also installed customer provided front door to wrap up this exterior transformation..

wallstreetbet has been talking about the chinese collapse for a few day

roughly 5% drop today, bought some more but the entire market seems to be red today... It will come back

im not shopping new, i purchased my current 2016 in 2019 before any shortages and prices have skyrocketed since then. I think i owe 19k and Carmax offered 27k. I'm kicking around the idea of a larger four door truck b/c the carseat barely fits in the back of my taco as it is now. if not i'll just hold on to my current tacoma.
