Im allergic to water which is the worst thing ever. All the medicines cause my heart to beat funny so I just deal with it.

Scotts was a waste of money for me. Go to Lowes or Home Depot 15 min - Get a few bottles of Scotts fertilizer with weed control (the kind you attach to a hose) 15 min - Spray your yard with the fertilizer once a month (will take about 10 minutes) 30 min - Get some round up and a pipette. Drip it down the center of the hard to kill weeds if you dont have the time to pull them. 10 min - Buy a good grass patch to fill in bare areas. I like the kind with mulch to hold moisture you just sprinkle down. No additional time -(You have to do this with Scotts anyway) Water a few times a week preferably in the morning. After a few months if you water it properly you will be fine and will save a lot of money. Yes it will take a little time but nothing major. Or PM BrianZO6 and get someone that will actually do a great job.

Some things off the top of the head that would help you get better answers for your friend... Do they have a job with medical benefits they plan to use? If money is an issue this could come into play. Why does your friend feel they need help? As stated the type of help needed will determine what type of help people here suggest. Have they discussed this with their family doctor? If they have a good family doctor they can help steer them in the right direction.

Pretty much everything has been covered. I ran into that a few times myself. Twice it was spark plugs, once a bad maf, the 4th was the spark plug wires. Somehow one went bad but it looked fine. Didnt realize it was bad until a voltage test was done. I dont miss those days of trying to diagnose my pita car. Its broke so much I just refer to past breaks for an easy fix :dumb:
