  1. He was able to do very well for me when pricing out a New 2015. He just didn't have the 8k mile 2014 that I ended up finding or one close to it to offer me otherwise I'd be a customer.
  2. Call Trey aka IVRings at MAG. PM me if you don't have his cell. Solid guy and will help you on New or used.
  3. Wife took my son to a school function litterally 2 miles away and it's a virtual white out! I think we've gotten 1-2 in the last hour. Crazy. Hopefully this keeps up all night
  4. ^^ this. My vote would be to keep it simple, fun and reliable.
  5. AGree with Casey. Nice to have a reliable and long-term capable car for sure. IIRC you struggled with a few in the past. This one should prove to be solid. Nice pick up.
  6. Drove into Easton today and I remembered why I normally work remote. Drive sucked. I so distrust those around me and for good reason. Main issue this morning was on an overpass on 270 near Westerville where the knucklehead in front of me decided to slow/brake quickly and even with plenty of distance to slow, I tried but was on a sheet of ice on said overpass. I had room to move around which I always try and leave an opening for such things and gladly I did. What really pisses me off is they slowed like that for NO REASON. No cars were in front of them, wasn't even busy. We were already going slow and moving along smooooothly with NO ISSUES.... Why brake? Especially when you're on ice. Just maintain speed and the flow.
  7. ^^ V6 or V8 the black one is a damn good looking car. IMO the best looking update done to this car yet. LOVE those wheels.
  8. He's having more fun on two wheels that most do on bikes
  9. Pella in our house and they've held up really well. 11yrs old now. They are spot-on about warranty and misc. fixes we've needed. Couple springs popped and one seal failed over the years. Installer gave me extra springs for nearly all the windows for n/c just in case we needed more in the future there would be no wait to order or get them. Very cool guy. Not sure if they do installs on net-new but I'm sure they do. Quality has been very good for what they are. I bought 1 level up from mid-grade but not the top of the line. Can't recall the pricing. Used them for our storm doors too.
  10. Doors, windows, anything else he tackles? Always interested in keeping a Rolodex of referrals people here trust. Thanks!
  11. http://phandroid.com/2014/12/01/trapster-shutting-its-doors/ LOL on the email thing. Our reps always wonder if mgt tracks their devices through Mobile Iron. Not for speed but for what they are doing where.
  12. I think trapster is gone isn't it? Waze is by far used more or at least it was when I had both. I then dropped off both up until chatting with Clay at C&C one time. Now it's Waze all the way for me.
  13. ^^ this. I'm camping out remote again. Not worth mingling with knucklehead Cbus drivers. I've had my share of close calls where other cars around me lose it.
  14. Reason 1,234 why it's time for the libs in office to go....
  15. Needs a Mark IV as a beta tester....

  17. How many lbs of weed do you estimate it holds?
  18. ^^ this. I ditched my V1 in 2009 and haven't looked back. I've strongly considered the laser jammer, etc. but for $2k I don't see the value. My logic is simple. Speed with common sense. You can't do 130mph for miles. I do my fair share of high speed bursts but they are just that. Like the story, I usually drive 75-80mph making my way through the flow but can easily blend in. Know your surroundings and routes. No explanation needed really. Watch traffic, it often is pretty clear when there's a cop around. Even grandma in the center lane driving a 96 Buick will brake when she sees a cop. Watch Waze, it's not 100% but based on my use it's 90% accurate on main routes during prime time, which is when I drive. Rural routes at 2pm, it's not as likely but even then, if it shows a cop, chances are there is. Know that you pay to play. If busted big time, I am ready to hire a lawyer or in this case, have my wife work some magic. Did it a while back and can do it again.
  19. The embarrassing yet funny part was I couldn't tell it was a CHP on my ass as we weaved through those curves. He kept on my ass as I went from center to right thinking he'd pass. Then I moved over again to center as did he, then left and he again. I was like WTF. If my wife wasn't with me I would likely have gone balls out seeing if the asshole could keep up and really got busted He said one of the reasons he pulled me over, in addition to speed, was the weaving. I simply told him that I clearly didn't know he was a cop (until those blueberries lit up) and was "wondering why the asshole on my ass was tailing me like that" He laughed and said "if your tint on the back wasn't so dark......." Anyway, that's a first time for me to have that happen. One of the coolest cops I've encountered. He said he was just waiting until there was a safe place to pull me over and that was checking to make sure I wasn't an impaired driver as my speed kept going from 65-75mph.
  20. ^^ :funny: My wife said it was because of this I got off with just a verbal from a CHP officer on 315 near downtown a couple weeks back and my wife couldn't believe it. 70-75 in a 55 and was actually mad that I didn't get a ticket
