I would. I didn't think the driveway was terribly bad when I've been there. Certainly salvageable for several years while you save. I'd rather deal with the cracks than a shitty mess of flaking sealer like we had. I would take a leave blower to it and pull up all I could before getting it redone. Kinda wish I could have gotten it all off. Perhaps I could have if I scraped it. Then perhaps it would have had it's life extended even more. In your case Joe, some of those cracks up top were from the trees.

Congrats! Ours was about 20yrs old when it started to peel and go to heck. The best and honestly the best company quoted me $1,500 or roughly $3sq. ft. I ended up getting concrete for $2,700 or $5.40 sq. ft. Family business and the guy lives in Arlington area too. Did a great job. The blacktop guy said to only seal it every 2-3yrs. Let it fully grey out / wear off before doing it again. We did ours every year and I think that's part of what caused it to begin going to hell.

^^ this. I had ours done a few weeks ago and am so damn glad to be done with ass-fault. Not if it's done right. Just have it sealed before the first winter then every couple three years after to prevent salt from killing it or causing it to scale. The first winter is the most critical.

Are his shots perfect, no, but they are good and the key is he will without a doubt learn about diffusion, read up, practice, read up and practice more. He will however show that using a flash on automotive shots is very successful and often key to really good shots.

^^ this. I've had that happen actually. Not that I cared or gave shit at the time as I'm not actively trying to cock-block people in traffic. However I think 95% of the time when it happens, it's because the other guy isn't expecting a "race" from a stop. Hell, beating up on a Prius or Smart Car is right up there with lighting cats on fire. Does beg to question how well they fair in an offset crash though..... That said I do think it's funny that here in Cbus there are an awful lot of Prius drivers trying to hang in the fast lane at 80mph.

Did he use a bump key? Why we even have locks on doors is beyond me anymore. This guy showed me 2 different ways to get in the house / any house in less than 10 seconds. Locks are pointless really. Funny how we lock the doors of cars when thieves will just break windows and really the same for homes. If I were to break in a house, I wouldn't fuck with a door unless I used the above mentioned means. Instead, I'd pry a window out (again, easy as hell) or fuck it, I'd break the window. Two homes on our street that got hit were both in back widows, one broken the other pried right out with ease. No dogs, no alarm and no one home. Cliffs: Locks are 95% useless so have an alarm, dogs and a gun, leave lights on and have a house sitter. Check, check and check.

Increasing the performance of an engine in a FWD car that already has a torque steer problem will make torque steer worse. I've never driven a little Fiesta, thus why I said I can't imagine that in a little Fiesta. Maybe it can handle it better. My GTP's had nearly double the power of my MS3 and they were fine.

Ironically he does commerical door installs and got into locksmithing from there. He's very talented and has a rolling office that has everything he could need right there. He even rebuilt one of the deadbolts I had in my garage that I'm not using just so I'd have it ready to go on a rental unit. Like new!

With 275/296lbs and a LSD in the MS3 it's a bitch to control on the road through the front wheels. I can't imagine that in a little Fiesta.

Mods, pull this down if you feel it crosses the line but I have to strongly recommend a locksmith that I recently used. Long story short, I had a very urgent issue late at night and felt the pain of everyone trying to screw me for big $$ to come out. This guy called me back, walked me through very patiently how to secure what I needed and then rescheduled for the next morning early. Frank McFarland is not only reliable, trustworthy and very reasonable. He works on residential, commercial and yes cars/trucks/bikes, etc. Good people and certainly am glad I found my now go-to person for locksmith work when and where needed. Those speeds on a bike at night on the street....speechless. Think fly meeting a windshield. How many here remember the guy on a bike who hit the back of a dump truck on 71N estimated at 150mph? That was at night too. I remember because I was stuck in the traffic Jam on the way home from Cleveland.

^^ this. True story, my aunt up in Cleveland has duplex and rented the first floor to a couple that decided to pull some shit where they "wouldn't move out". When my dad found out he made a phone call or two and said it would be handled. According to my aunt, the next day while the tenants were gone a plain white 24' moving truck with no plates rolled up, six big dudes loaded up 100% of their shit and left. The only thing in that place was dust. They took clothing, food, everything. She said they rolled in big empty crates and boxes and rolled out everything just as fast. I didn't believe it until I went up there with him after the cops were called. Police were called as it was being treated as a break-in but no one knew anything. There was nothing they could do. No signs of a break in, nothing. Those fucking tenants couldn't even "go-off" on my elderly aunt or father as they knew she damn well couldn't move shit and she's perfect at playing it dumb. It was funny watching them though. Needless to say they had to stay in a motel with the help of Red-Cross, the police eventually closed the case and the place re-rented. I asked my father while he was in the hospital before he passed whatever happened to that stuff and he said he didn't know but that he just made sure it was gone for good and that "fuck-em" he didn't care. I miss him.
