You're avatar in my field of view keeping beat with the music made me LOL Nice. Now you just need to insert 1-3 frames of a hot bikini girl walking by to have full approval.
-
Best bet is to find someone with a private/corporate place to view from. We stopped going down there after we had a pretty scary experience. No thanks to anything that public.
-
Who indicated it's dead? It's very much alive. Just quit pretending that hate on blacks is the only racism around or the worst thing in the world. OMG the sky is falling, Paula Dean said the N word. BTW, I watched the video....and if what you're implying is they arrested him because he's black, then perhaps you can scour YouTube for any number of videos where the dumb ass person with cell phone/video camera in hand recording a dozen cops is a white person.
-
How can I steretype you if I've never met you or don't know a thing about you? Are you indicating you're black? Didn't care or need to know. Still don't and honestly still don't care, so no need to clarify. Spike Lee fan? Obama Supporter? http://www.humanevents.com/2012/03/26/spike-lee-hollywood-hatemonger/ Yeah....no famous black people are ever racists. Again, grow a pair.....This is America, where there are racists of all colors...but where we seem to always publicly point out the white ones.
-
Give me a fucking break.....If it's OK to use the "N" word over and over again in movies like "Django Unchained", or music videos and on CD's by the numerous dumb ass rappers on the scene then Paula Deen should not be crucified. You cannot have selective anger. Either this word is bad 24/7 and should never be used, or it's OK to use. You can't have it both ways. Punks all over make millions with this word, but Paula Deen is crucified for it. Get over it. Oh my bad....the word crucified might piss off my fellow Catholics. Oh, and if you believe all those rappers and punks are 100% non-racist then you're just plain a dumb ass.
-
1 out of 3 ain't bad and he was just as guilty of trying to take the bike as the hot chick and the other dude and outside the token black ladies interviewed it didn't appear to be a racially diverse park he was in.
-
So Paula Deen and others tossed around a racial slur.....OMG is that the end of the fucking world? LOL at those pulling it so far out of context and making a big deal about it. Who gives a shit. Don't like it then don't buy her shit or support her. I could care less if she wakes up every morning and says it.
-
That shit wouldn't have happened if Zimmerman was on the case :gabe:
-
Correct, you agreed with the lead detective that suggested manslaughter. in which case would lead them to pursue Provocation which would yield to a universal standard to determine whether an ordinary person would have been provoked and, if so, would have done committed those same actions. In our society it's viewed that if someone comes chasing after you, it's acceptable to respond verbally and if the provocation continues to leave the area/walk away. It doesn't appear Trayvon did that. Not when witnesses say he was on top of Zimmerman. If it's proven Zimmerman instead provoked Trayvon, Trayvon then verbally and physically tried to get away and then Zimmerman attacked him, then yes, he's guilty. However, we're not yet seeing facts that support that scenario. IMO Trayvon could have run and easily got away from the situation. It's been stated that Zimmerman was breathing heavy when he asked Trayvon what he was doing there.....and he's obviously not a marathon runner. Trayvon could have outrun/distanced Zimmerman. In the end, unless we see some compelling evidence, I hope that Zimmerman will get off on Self Defense.
-
we're going off track....my point to the intial comment is that he wasn't "doing his own thing" if 25 other attended the meeting. there's no correlation between who took the initiative of setting up the NW program and them "doing their own thing" if others are involved. I didn't initially care that our NW Program was being formed but I do attend the meetings. That doesn't mean the lead person didn't/doesn't have our buy-in. If that were the case here Zimmerman would have been the only member. I give the guy credit as I do the person in our neighborhood who took the initiative to set it up. Neither one is rogue or doing their own thing. They are setting up a Community Involved program that others participated in.
-
That's odd because Wendy Dorival the Program Coordinator for the Sanford Police has emails out there showing that the NW at Twin Lakes has 25 residents turn out for the formation meeting where she then shared details on the 5 recent burglaries in the area.
-
You keep implying that things Zimmerman did were "wrong" and I'm harping on it because unless it's illegal it's pointless. If he did things that some of us consider improper or wrong fine, but that doesn't make him guilty.
-
Their group wasn't and isn't required to be registered as part of the National Neighborhood Watch Association. He wasn't doing his own thing. The community formed the group, The Sanford Policed provided them the signs and information and the residents chose Zimmerman as the coordinator.
-
Your experience and mine is irrelevant here. Also, the wrong thing to do doesn't equal illegal. He was in full rights to carry his gun / arm himself upon exiting the vehicle.
-
Good because the race card against Zimmerman is bullshit. Now Trayvon, that's a different story as his using of Cracker isn't exactly innocent. Zimmerman broke no laws in Florida by doing sobecause he has a concealed-weapons permit. In FL they advise not to carry a gun, but it's not illegal for a Neighborhood Watch person to carry.
-
fact is the prosecution didn't. My point exactly, let's not speculate. No crime in exchanging words. Probability also doesn't equal beyond reasonable doubt. It's still not against the law to carry your gun or arm yourself upon exiting your vehicle. I don't know the area of town he was in, but I've got to go down to Morse/Karl Road area today and you bet I'm not going to be unarmed. Still not a crime nor murder.
-
then why not multiple counts why just one? we could put theories together all day long. young black teen with history of weed use, being suspended from school, etc. I prefer to stick to the details we do know. The prosecution wants to cry "racial profiling" and inject some emotion into it all. Defense, especially Zimmerman are wise to not react with emotion. Never a good move for a defendant. The facts are that the neighborhood had been burglarized by hoodie-wearing black males. That's not racial profiling, Zimmerman was just following someone fitting the description he knows about. He likely grabbed his gun before he left his house just as I often do.
-
I'm not seeing charges of intimidation or harassment here. Until we know that why is it we're acting like that was the case? Prove it and I'll bite. So Zimmerman was wrong to have a gun on him?
-
So he's guilty of chasing after the kid or is the crime centered around what sparked the shooting? Last I checked if I catch up to someone huffing and ask what their doing around here, I'm not at that point breaking any laws.
-
So white people aren't ever stereotyped or profiled and followed as a suspicious person? Yep, I'm sure Zimmerman is just got Latino on Black race issue... I put myself in his shoes. If I'm a young kid being tailed by a strange guy, I'm calling the cops or at the very least my dad, not my girlfriend...as I'm runnin away. I'm not going to likely stick around and pick a fight.....but my guess is Trayvon thought he was bad-ass enough to do so and decided to start a confrontation or at the very least tried to bash the guys head in. Yep...that's Zimmerman's fault. Heaven forbid he pull a gun out and shoot a kid on top of him beating his ass. But hey, since the kid got involved in a fight and then got shot, it's automatically the shooters fault.
-
So you're saying that in reality the trial shouldn't be happening. Me too. Oh, but because the kid was black, it's now a crime..... It's not Zimmerman's fault that the guy who attacked him was black and that the public gravitates to drama when black youth is involved. I'm sorry but following a person, regardless of color and even confronting them isn't a crime. Last I heard Zimmerman shot while he was laying on the ground getting his head slammed into the concrete.
-
I'm sure the prosecution will pull that racism card at some point in the process. Note to all black people.....don't bother calling 911; they don't care.
-
So if someone steals his car he can track it.

I want that motor in this car http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/128112495/original.jpg

It was a V8. Had the badges on the fenders. Can't tell what mods as it was just an obvious drop to Farkas levels. Perhaps I'm giving he V8's more credit than they deserve too. I know they aren't fast.
