They are not allowed to cause damage to the home. I would lead with a series of opened ended questions about the showing that would offer him/her the opportunity to share information related to the damage. If at the end they do not, mention to them that you have some concerns and then again, ask open ended questions around those specific points.

No doubt the 7d II will be nice but I have an MKIII and a 1 series for doing real work. My goal is to add real video capability to my daily carr around unit which this new AF system finally does. Most all other DSLR video pails in comparison to a dedicated video unit. This really ups the game. Plus the price point / value is finally where it should be. My guess is the new 7d will be $1,800. Too high by today's standards available. Especially when I buy most of my higher end gear used

I was hanging out in the parking lot at work talking about this very place yesterday when some off-duty rent a cop in a red Trans am comes by and tells us to break it up and move on. He pushes Us all back in Our cars and locks our doors! I told him this was complete bullshit but he said that it was for the greater good and people would start complaining,,,evidently a lot of people get there panties in a bunch and just can't handle it. Ruin shit for everybody. So then we drove to the house and were sitting In The kitchen of all places and the damn shade tree mechanic in a white Camaro that watches over the place kicks us out and locks the doors! WTF! We were just sat down to dinner having some good conversation. I think the place is haunted. Something is up as no one wants us to talk about this place. I think someone was killed there. Probably trying to rob the place. I heard it was the Neighbor. Spooky if you ask me. I'd run away and call the cops.

Statements that he uses to describe to the courtroom what they will try to prove. They aren't indeed facts introduced as evidence. Prose...communication, lawyers tell stories and then introduce the facts during the trial. Example: "Zimmerman’s claim that he had to fire because Martin was reaching for his firearm is false since none of Martin’s DNA was on the gun or holster." Reality: Zimmerman's statement to the police said he "thought" TM was reaching for his gun. He didn't say he was....he "thought" he was. Listen to the call; he knows the cops are on the way and even gave his cell # to have them call him and knew they were going to arrive by the mailboxes.
