  1. The piano black molding "creaked" but I removed all of it after I first heard it and applied felt pads to the back then clipped it all back in place. Car has zero creaks or anything inside. Very solid. The initial cowling issue sounded like it was the dash up by the defroster vent.
  2. pickups plus....brady will take care of you. been using mine daily and love it. Gotta get the smart phone app and treat yourself.
  3. The most significant game changer in the new A-class is its specially tuned 4Matic four-wheel-drive system. In the A45, it channels 60 percent of the twist action to the rear wheels, thereby reducing torque steer and understeer through slow first- or second-gear bends. --- In the end, I'd rather see a few grand put into an STi or laugh, but there are a number of built MS3's putting down that much and more. Not that I see value in doing so to them though....
  4. ^^ this. I always have and suppose it kinda makes it hard for the holidays but I am impulsive.
  5. ^^ this. One of them had a modified STi version of that small SUV they have. It was pretty cool when I saw it.
  6. Dash or is the cowling outside by the wipers? Just saying as the MS3 had what I could swear was a rattle in the dash then they eventually put a newly designed cowling on it and it ended. Got worse when cold.
  7. the way the wind is blowing around it sounds like the world is ending.
  8. you know you're bauce when your winter beater is a 2010 CTS-V
  9. Working from home when ever one pleases......priceless. No cares about snow or ice but traffic.....enjoy it bitches!
  10. depends on the environment you're in. IMO in a car or out on the streets, yes. in my home, if all I had was one, it would be my 12 gauge. However, if I'm on my first floor and someone begins kicking in my door, they will be getting shot with a glock 19 until they are horizontal and no longer a threat.
  11. ^^ this. Obama is going to enrage people with his move on guns then we're going to fall off the fiscal cliff, hit an even bigger recession and the shit could really hit the fan. Maybe not, but I'm not waiting around hoping and praying.
  12. They are rebranding....not need to be "cheaper than dirt" anymore. I actually have ot give props to Obama for helping spur gun sales and drive our economy forward and strengthen the interest in our gun rights.
  13. Great link. Perhaps he'll sprinkle a little reality on his posts later. Or at least read up on my post #19 again.
  14. Learned a lot about misinformation and interwebz influence on some posters here. Really surprised as I would swear someone is either drunk posting or had their account highjacked by Darell and his other brother Darell.
  15. POST #109 should close out this thread. Well stated by the original author. Thanks for sharing.
  16. Obama and his thoughts on gun control = likelihood that more Obama shit and comments about his dumb ass ways will be posted world wide on news and message boards was something my 9 year old said would happen. True story. Thus you're at least as smart as he is. Well done. So if you don't read my "books" and you don't know me then it's fair to say you're simply annoyed about long thorough well thought out in depth posts. Sounds to me like you have ADD or similar. Note to self moving foward, keep posts directed at you brief with simple words. PM Tilly for help. Yep, you have ADD. My advice, surf less, put the smart phone down stop inhaling race gas and interact with humans more in more intellectual settings. Off to my day job now....
  17. So if it's voluntary to purchase a telephone plan I should have to pay for basic access for others as part of my bill? In reality not having service isn't really an option for those of us who are not in the lower segment of the income brackets yet we're being forced to pay for those in said lower segment. No thanks and not very transparent to me or likely many. I appreciate the offer. I'll need some beer to have it remotely hold my interest.
  18. Good to know. Perhaps those people in those youtube vids chanting about "Obama Phones" should have voted for a republican then? In the end however, if the telecom companies are paying for this program, it's very fair to say those costs are being passed onto their customers thus it may not officially be tax dollars but nonetheless dollars the voters are paying in to fund. The program needs to go as said money can be better spend in other areas.
  19. Really? You don't know me yet you can read my mind and understand my intentions for posting here? Do you do palm readings too? people who complain and play victim annoy me too. feel free to engage on the subject with some thought and I'll be happy to crank up the annoying factor a few notches as you get schooled on how to debate.
  20. Give someone a Kel-Tec PMR-30 or an AR15 and he could essentially do the same amount of damage as done in CT. So do we only allow single shot pistols? Do you really think limiting the size of a magazine is going to stop a person who's intent is to kill the masses? I thought you might like that comparison my friend End point is don't underestimate the power of our law makers. I know you're not anti 2nd Amendment. Regarding the spoon analogies, my point is that you don't' appear to be seeing the difference between a gun and the intent of the person wielding it. The end result of 28 bodies in CT isn't a result of the weapon but rather the shooter. Perhaps stricture requirements will be had. That's fine. Won't impact me. It however, won't likely impact criminals either. It's much harder today to buy weed as it's not sold in Kroger next to cigarettes, but I can still find it and buy it illegally pretty darn easy if I wanted to. Regulating it through a law that says it's illegal doesn't change much in the way of access. and it wouldn't have changed a thing in this case nor will it likely do a damn thing to those wanting to commit crimes of this magnitude nor even the ones wanting to use such a weapon when doing so. However, if reinstating such a hotly debated law is what the masses feel is going to work, then once again, proof the bar of intelligence in this country is being lowered not raised. Carry on with treating symptoms and avoiding the problem....
  21. 3 -2 -1 - Gone...... Nice.
  22. and by that thinking there's no reason to have street cars that go over 65mph either. Read up on the statistics of deaths in teens and come back to me with what you find is the cause. Hint....see my first point. Second hint, once you find out the answer it will come back to the main action involves speed. Ban driving for anyone between 16-19 years old and you'll eliminate the #1 cause of their death. In 2010 that was over 2,700 lives. You can fact check me via the CDC web site. Now an interesting point is the #2 cause is homicide. Teens gain access to a weapon in a family’s home or on the black market. So go figure, Gaining access to a weapon in home = Poor Education and handling in part of the parents. Blame them not the gun. Go figure again, black market = no matter what the laws are, it will exist thus changing laws does nothing to impact this point. Statistics show the majority of deaths in this category are inner city youths....so once again, perhaps Obama needs to ditch his Obama Phone program and free healthcare that I'm paying for and instead focus on education.
