  1. Great touching examples but in the end under this new bill and all the billions that it's costing us, CR is still paying for it and the medical system is now even more fucked up. . At a cost to everyone else though. No it doesn't lower costs. Do you honestly think insurance companies who now are going to have to cover 220lb lazy ass unemployed moms with 6 kids and no husband are going to do so for free? We will pay that cost. Thanks. I can't wait to support that 8%.
  2. My outrage is in proportion. The damage to the economy that this bill is inflicting and the hurt it's putting on our medical providers and costs that are impacting me and the other tax payers is HUGE! All for the above mentioned 8% of the people that will now continue to be an even more costly burden to the rest of us and STILL NOT be accountable for their own selves! Such bullshit must stop. I look at facts man. The facts here show nearly 10% of the US are freeloading off the rest of us and yes, that is big. it's causing the middle class to slip even further and lowers the bar overall. Bullshit. That 10% cause way more trouble and hurt in this country. It's not just about the number of people but the cumulative impact of the costs they out on all of us. Proportionately speaking they cost us way more than the average family like mine that is responsible and accountable. Tell that to Obama and the sheep following him. His whole campaign is resting on this. It's not anecdotal is fact and pure bullshit. Raise the fucking bar already and quite making handouts so easy to obtain and putting the costs on all of us. Start a new thread. This is about Healthcare moochers. I think I've given you plenty of perspective using your own ask.com provided statistics. Fucking outrageous costs to support the 8% of the welfare mongrels that needed to be forced to pay for their own care.
  3. How is what I said taking away freedoms? People are free to do what they like. That's why I put the last statement in my post. It's about choices and accountability. You want to eat like shit and be fat then pay more for healthcare and own up to being accountable to how you live. I shouldn't have to pay for it.
  4. No what he's saying is while the guy was within his rights, a fellow citizen or more called about this suspicious person who is acting in such a manner that others have asked an LEO check into it as per their duty to serve and protect. I don't get from the way the officer acted that he was in any way treating the guy out of line. He was of course asking him questions the guy isn't required to answer, but if he didn't do that then how might he go about responding to the call? Do you rely on the person who called to know every law to inform the cop that they know the guy is or isn't breaking one? You can't. So yes, there are cases when someone totally innocent is going to get a cop called on them. No big deal, just work through it with respect and common sense. I think the guy in the video responded way outside the norm and while technically was within his rights, he is easily considered a little "out there" and perhaps in some ways a danger to those around him. Do we really need some gun carrying law spouting obviously attention deprived guy walking around society like this without being at least looked into? No but if you act suspicious and draw attention to yourself in such a way that someone calls the cops on you for something that in turns would warrant being stopped and investigated with some basic questions, then yes. Ever drive through a DUI Checkpoint? Some basic questions and boom, on your way.
  5. My beef is that Gov't can't manage shit so keep them out of healthcare. This bill does extend the social support to more freeloaders and in fact mandates it. This bill will be paid for by me the taxpayers and I'm fucking tire of giving more of my money to those that need to go make their own and use it to support themselves. There are tons of other reasons this bill needs to be shot down but in the end the biggest one is yes, I'm tired of free loaders and the gov't not thinking through plans that benefit this country in a way that holds people accountable and raises the bar. No one is saying people aren't deserving of healthcare but fuck this entitlement bullshit that requires the greater good to pay for it. Life isn't fair and dragging dead weight isn't what makes us better. Stop lowering the bar. Want gov't support? Fine, but it's not FREE and in turn YOU the person benefiting will ultimately be the one to carry the costs of this loan. Want gov't support? Then you better be drug free and not fucking Obese. Want better rates on insurance, then don't smoke and again, put the fucking Twinkies down or you SHOULD pay more. Choices and accountability.

Newsflash.........it's fucking HOT outside. That is all.
  7. We accomplish this by getting rid of all the free loaders in the US and instead of making the rest of us pay for them. Put the burden on them for as long as it takes. On food stamps, disabilty or received treatment at the ER but had no means to pay. Then here's your bill that will in turn be worked off. Congratulations, you're a fucking street sweeper now and here's your bag and orange vest. This country and Obama especially offer way to many handouts without assigning the responsibility of the costs associate with them to the people receiving them. Then mandate that they get off their asses and work it off. New rule, if you don't work, you don't eat. Guess what, people will work. Those that refuse, won't be missed. I remember the days before Regan signed Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor law when people would be dumped off to die. Sorry, but guess what, Darwin wins. It's not the hospital or me that is allowing it. Obviously you have no family or friends that gave a shit or had the means so in the end, perhaps it was the right thing to happen. Sucks but it's true. If the above is actually the case, then there's no point in putting the cost of care on me with zero chance of it being recouped. Feel that's harsh? Then perhaps the churches and other charities will kick in. Newsflash, I don't run a fucking charity and we shouldn't be forced to. I'm tired of hearing and seeing fucking FAT ASS people, talking on free cell phones, collecting any number of public assistance dollars not being held accountable for the costs of these programs nor being held responsible for getting their act in order to better their lives. I'm sorry, but this is 2012 and everyone has a chance. Figure it out or die not trying. The rest of us will be better off if those that can't are no longer among us. Obama is master at lowering the bar. He's also a very polished bullshitter. The masses were clearly BS'd and didn't believe those of us that told them we knew better. Obama: This is not a tax, the middle class won't be taxed. Today, the courts are calling it a tax. Obama: It won't raise the cost of our health insurance premiums; yet premiums continue to rise and we all know they will skyrocket once insurance co's are forced to cover the new mandates in the bill. Obama: Told everyone that we will be able to keep our current insurance plans if we like them, yet what are the chances employers are going keep offering insurance plans under the new bill? Many if not most will not. They are going to push their employees to the exchanges where the bar is set for the lowest bidder. Obama: Told us it will be good for our economy, yet even today articles are popping up where companies admit to sitting on cash and not opening up to new hires until now after the election.
  8. I am doing something about it. Their college funds are well in motion and they won't likely have any loans. Wife and I have worked hard to pay off the house and have no debt and have been investing and saving for a long while. My kids are going to grow up knowing how to do the same for theirs. In terms of a job, that is also in motion. You're situation is no different that mine. Finding a very good job isn't about what you know, it never has been. It's about who you know. My son is well aware of that and even at age 9 knows that everything we do is attached in some way to who we know. I'm not sure I follow about "so did we." Greed is defined as An excessive desire to acquire or possess more than what one needs or deserves, especially with respect to material wealth: Who determines what "we" or I need? Certainly not you nor anyone else, that I can assure you. ie. cetainly not some socialistic group that supports Obama and his socialistic care for everyone through handout ways. This is America and a Capitalistic society, not a socialistic one. A country in which I'm empathetic and supportive of others, but only those that support themselves. I'm not one for Gov't driven healthcare and paying for the entire country to buy health insurance so that they can get lower quality healthcare, wait in line for it and pay those that deliver it peanuts. I lived in Toronto for 2 years and know what this system will deliver. It sucks.
  9. Very disappointing to say the least. I cant believe the fucked up stupid shit this county has done since 2003. My son was born then and I'm ashamed and saddened greatly at how so poorly our leaders have done. Saddened for what he is going to have to Deal with going forward.
  10. It. would be considered a bad arrest if all he was doing was carrying an open carry firearm, and not actually doing anything illegal. People can get nervous and call the cops all they want. Their actions or really improper reactions don't make what he was doing illegal. Only he can do that and open carrying is not illegal.
  11. The MS3 can't push past 300 on the stock pump. In fact even just a down pipe will cause it to drop dangerously lean at random. Nothing a few hundred bucks doesn't cure though.
  12. I like and can't figure why?
  13. Likely nailed you from behind while hiding hiding on the entrance ramp. Worthington does this on 315 at 161.
  14. One ticket will hit your rates? Shit I got two points once and rates didn't change a bit. State Farm.
  15. I'll try and make it and will have mine if I do.

Get copies of the prints and over the next few months get prints of friends from glasses, parties, etc. If there were things still. In a pillow caseyhat tells me something spooked them to bolt. I mean if they had a vehicle why not grab it along with the other stuff? Did anyone know you were in route back at a specific time on Friday?
  17. This one looks great. After reviewing the initial post / video of the red one, I was thinking black is the color it needs to be. Tasteful. Perhaps some flames or ghost flames coming out of the edges of the hood or vents, etc. but nothing more. The OP video of the red one went way too far and could advertise some of those parts in JC Whitney.

Sorry to hear man. Does suck and what's worse is I have a hunch Killjoy is right...someone had to know you weren't going to be there. Just seems way to cooincidental to be an accident. I had a guy I worked with who had something similar. Family was going on vacation, kids were in high school, talked about it and somewhere along the line someone else made note, got details and bam, white van was seen by neighbors pulling in garage but no one called or got any other information as it didn't seem too out of place as again, they actually pulled into the garage. Most don't expect that to happen. Good luck. I hope they find the bastards.
  19. I am going to do this one time soon. Looks like another great time was had and an excellent concise wrap up Doc! Thanks for sharing.
  20. Good intro and welcome. Hit up Cars and Coffee with the group Saturday mornings.
  21. Great post and documentary. My input is the original wheels looked way better and the wrap...needs to go. Just me not my car, but I had to say it.
