  1. our current immigration is pretty fucked up and DACA as an EO was a band-aid that did need addressed. the EO was just the same, Obama trying to make himself look good. He did that well at least. Jeff wasn't wrong. He, along with trump are just enforcing the laws as we know it. Not saying I agreed with his words, but I give him credit for following the law as it stands and again, forcing the issue. If congress doesn't like the law they can easily step in, protect the recipients and draft and pass new law. Now it appears that will happen. Nope what? EO on a cause like this worked for a while, but I disagree it should be left alone and is working. Resolution is needed and I stand by the point it should have been done through congress. Didn't happen under Obama so he used his pen. Fine, but now it's time to try again and do it right. His position is that of a whore for sure. He's old school partisian bullshit to the T and defines what Trump meant by swamp and what many of us hate about congress which is why they have an approval rating that put Trump in office to crash and burn them. He plays to the camera is such a phoney way it's laughable. Pelosi is just Schumer with tits. He's wrong to have tried to force DACA inside a simple budget issue. Fuck stick idiot. McConnell is an old fuck-tard too. He talks like that PIA driver going 34mph is a 45mph zone because their too old and can't read the speed limit signs.
  2. I don't consider that dumb or wrong. He's forcing the issue so that we finally do shit the way it should have been done. As you noted, it's a popular program but it seems to me that the dems don't want it to be worked out the right way to benefit anyone all while under Trumps watch. IMO Schumer is a dick and just wanted it to seem like they were the ones fighting big bad Trump and to be seen as the savior so that the dems get the credit. Now Trump has a chance to come across as the one who puts the issue to bed once and for all and again, that pisses the dems off.

    Kia Stinger

Great video and a cool car that can hold it's own. The downside IMO is that it's proving to be a car for those that can't afford the others. Nothing wrong with that mind you but lets face it, there's more to sheer numbers when it comes to rolling up in a $90k German Sedan vs a $50k Kia. What's with them testing it against the entry level Porsche too? Dude, at least make it apples to apples and put a twin turbo up against a twin turbo. I wish them luck as it's rolling the dice on people moving upwards into the car more so than someone cross shopping downward $40k. I think it works for the siblings in the Genesis line up as they created an entirely new Brand Strategy. If anything they should have branded the stinger a Hyundai.
  4. Political gamesmanship is pure BS. It's why Trump did so well. Many of us aren't interested in political BS and paying someone like Pelosi or Ryan or others to partake. Time to drain that swamp of people making a living on our dime. Find a feasible solution and make it happen or GTFO. Schumer is a old time dick that needs to go, Pelosi is an out of touch old fuck who needs to go, McConnel is an old dead horse that needs to go, Ryan has no balls and is trying to play old school games. Work out a deal for the ones of the 800k on DACA that have merit, get rid of the shady shit ones, end chain migration as WE should be the ones dictating who comes over not the immigrants that are fortunate to qualify, end the lottery BS and fortify the border with whatever means works. I don't care if it's a wall of bricks or a rotation of troops with handcuffs and guns every 50ft. Crack down on employers and implement some better systems. Finally use some fucking common sense when it comes to bringing in people. We don't need any boat-people somalians with no job to move over near Karl Rd.
  5. There's no need for a shutdown period. In the absence of an agreed upon budget the previous years deal should carry through until one is reached. Period. As you noted and I agree, the entire shutdown is bullshit politics and part of what needs to end.
  6. Can has already been kicked to the first week of March. There's no critical mass deadline. Besides, this is a Gov't funding need nothing to do with DACA. They agree'd on the budget related items. Schumar is just leveraging the issue to get the eyes off the economy, stock market and how well things are progressing. They can't have that as it doesn't help their plans for November and right now those are the two things 2018 is starting off with. He'd rather have it that the year started off with a shutdown.
  7. That was in terms of Immigration Reform. Completely different subject. Here we have that Schmuck Schumer demanding that any spending bill to keep the government fully operational include protections for DACA recipients. That's a bullshit move and on him.
  8. Trump isn't the problem here. He's put everyone in a room, clearly outlined his expectations and shared with them enough rope to negotiate. The problem is those in the room, namely the dems and some republicans, are trying to cloud the issue with agenda items that not only aren't in a time-crunch but more-so are completely unrelated to the issue that is at hand. Everyone knows DACA and immigration is on the table next and he's even shared that he wants a good solution to keep the valuable people impacted. He's more to the left on DACA than many republicans. That said, the dems are trying to strong arm the matter now and that's what's not right. The shut down is on them for not staying on-point. Trumps made his expectations clear. This situation has nothing to do with him. Honestly, WE as a nation need to pass a law that says in situations like this the previous years budget prevails and life just goes on. There shouldn't be a "shutdown" as it's not necessary. It is pretty easy, but when the leaders on both sides, namely Schumer, Pelosi and Fuckstick low-energy Mitch and Ryan lack the skills to fucking stay on-point vs playing games, there's not much to do except vote those fuckers out. Again, it has very little to do with Trump. Fucksticks below him need to go. They are what he's defined as swamp that needs to go.

  12. Agree to an extent but it's not just about the rate, it's about the amount of money being paid over 2-5 years just in interest alone. Build up equity and borrow from yourself to invest in rentals and in a few years you'll be making money with your money as it should be.
  13. Glad you're okay dude. WOW! In terms of bang for the buck and meeting your needs, I have to push point #1 aside and it appears you have too as the 300S is pretty common. I searched and looked at just about everything in the sport sedan to SUV segment when I looked and I will say that the new 2.0T Accord is one of the nicest if not the nicest sedan out there. You can look at point #1 and say no but if you don't at least sit in and drive one you'll be doing yourself a dis-service. Seriously. May be more money but in the long-run I think you'll be fine as it will hold its value, be maint. free and no doubt resale on them will be strong. If you want an AWD Version, go find a nice 1-2 year old TLX. No awe-inspiring styling but the AWD system is second only to Audi IMO. I still stand by the fact that the new Accord is nicer though. All that said, one of Account Executives bought a low mile 300S with AWD for under $20k and he loves it. I am not sure how it will hold up over the long haul but it's nice, big, comfy, has bells and whistles and can be had cheap.
  14. way back when we started by simply paying-up by a couple hundred bucks. IIRC our mortgage was $900 and we paid upwards of $1,100mo. Then we started making an extra 1-2 extra f those payments per year. we then moved to paying 4 per year, etc. just save up as much as you can when you can and make the payments towards the principle. At some point we made 2x payments.
  15. Two of the sexist sedans IMO: I'll admit, I'd kill myself and perhaps others in the Caddy. It would be a good fun death though. The AMG, I'd try and kill myself in it but then I'd pull back just because it's so much fun.

  20. He saw the consumer-facing Carfax, but I showed him pictures and told him about it. That's not what he needs to worry about though. I shared with him a near-future need to replace the catalytic converters or fit the car up with test pipes, etc. Neither is cheap. Thanks. I wasn't sure how I would feel either which is why it was the last vehicle I drove in my search. I parked them side by side when shopping them too. Even my wife said it looked better which shocked me because she isn't a car person. Sent from my Galaxy Note 8 using Tapatalk
