He is good. I have some drawings he did in high school that are outstanding. The scupture thing he is learning by doing. He company has done a couple before this but nothing this complex. He mostly has been doing design and wraps so this is new territory for a Graphic design company.
He did the design and installed the graphic on the Cuda's back window and I am trying to get him to do something for the hood.
He told me he started with a picture of Grant and a dirt bike but not the pro bike he rides. He used cardboard to make cut outs and then wood frames and styrofoam . Then he used some type of plaster and shaped everything. As far as the final shaping I am not sure. They found a bronze coating to cover everything and then a chemical to give it the patina look like the company that did the memorial at the Twin Towers with all the peoples names that lost their lives.
There is a shop in Zanesville that builds bronze statues and he help with advise and now wants Tony to do his motorcyles that people want bronze statues of.
The most impressive thing to me is he did it start to finish in just 13 very long days.
My son designed and made this award at work that was presented to Grant Saturday night at Monster Energy Cup 2011 on Speed TV.

Sorry to see this happen Ray. I am always a little worried the faster I go that's way I had front bars added over the winter to my car. I am glad you had no injuries except a hangover. After that I would have had a few drinks as well.
Nice video. I talk to the guy in Mustang but missed that run. He and the Opel were there for license runs that I sent a invite to. They thanked CR for the track rental and both completed the required runs and got their license
The 5000 watt generators are way more than I need.
My brother had trouble using a inverter generator with his 16V baterry charger and told me it couldn't keep up with the high current charge mode we use so I am not sure that is the way to go.
What has your experience been?
I am just looking for something easy to move and store so I can take it in and out of the trailer by myself. I am going to be using it for battery charger and misc power on track days. I am leaning towards this model.

Home Depot has it for $419.00
I am looking to buy a generator for the track this week. Anybody on here sell them or know somebody who sells them.
I have looked so far at JD Power equipment, Home Depot, Lowes and Sears.
Any help would be great.
I was planning on helping but our band book a last minute gig playing for Coke employees family day on Saturday afternoon. Sunday I am visiting a life long friendly who just found out he has cancer.
Running ladder bars that were setup at the race car shop. When he installs them I will go through setup with him and hopefully it won't unload it to bad. The new carb seems to have picked the bottom end power up.
1st run at Trails this morning stood it straight towards the sky and when it came down it mashed the oil pan.
Won the Robert McCorkle Award for sportsmanship for the giant wheelstand.
Next up wheelie bars and a new oil pan.
Fun but expensive day at the track. I hope someone got some pix or video if so I will posted.
