  1. Brian has had my Roush on the dyno with no issues with the front air dam.
  2. Mike I was expecting the wheels up the first run but I had the shocks set way wrong and it went left. The 2nd run I set the shocks firmer and the same on both sides. In the frame by frame look when I went to second gear it was try to pull the wheels again. The steering got really light and I was out of the groove as well. I am going to have to pay more attention to were I line up on the track.
  3. Stock torsion bars with QA1 single adjustable shocks. I also replace the K frame with a tublar frame and dynamic strut rods.
  4. The transmission helped a lot. I launched at 3K on the brake. First run had a 1.418 60" and went left so I had get out of it. I had my shocks set up too soft. The next run it launch straight and set the front down nice 1.393 60' when I pulled second gear it try to pull the front end again and headed to the wall. I stayed in it as long as I could but again I had to let up. I watch the video frame by frame and it set the front end down when the rear tires were out about past the tree. It will be interesting to see if a higher launch rpm will make it 60' better or just pull the front end higher or spin the tires
  5. Nice pix of the wheels up from both of you. My wife did the video. It was her first time so not too bad but she needs to be up towards the starting line and not walking around.
  6. My wife took some video here is the links.
  7. The rockers I have been running really are designed for around .600-.650 lift cams so in a attempt to use what I had we were hopping they would live on the strip since the car hasn't been street driven lately. Moral of the story. In a attempt to save money I am probally into it for 3X-4X the cost of a pro set of rockers had we spend the money up front.
  8. Thanks for the comment. That picture is now my new desktop. It's a very nice shot.
  9. Nice picures. I enjoyed the day even though I broke 2 rocker arms. The car is starting to hook so maybe all the power losses were in the transmission. If only I can get the valve train stable.
  10. Nice shots of the Cuda. Thanks for posting.
  11. Finally with a transbrake I had a 1.39 60' then all over the track and shut it down. Pulled 3rd gear after I got it back under control and ran a slow 10.96 @ 126.28. It looks like after another valve train failure with 2 broken rockers It might actually be a 9 second car if I can get the motor to stay in one piece. Nice turn out thanks to everyone who made this happen and supported the CR racing community. It was a blast to see everyone enjoying their cars.
  12. I will have a extra one as well I am sure some others will. Jim 614-937-1571

    Car Wrap

I am not sure exactly but he did mention around 8-10K for both the car and trailer. They did a full wrap on the trailer as well.

    Car Wrap

He is not a member but he has driven my Roush Mustang at the Kilcare CR track day. He turned the quickest time to date with it. I think it was around a 13.10@ 110mph. Not too bad for a car setup to road race.
