The track was good and I was disappointed that I did not get to bring the Cuda due to trailer issues. The Roush ran it's best ever. I have never been able to get it to hookup and it did at D42 Best Run slipping the cluch to avoid a bog or wheel hop. 1.91 60" 12.87 ET 111.09 MPH

My brother is bailing with the AMX he says it is too cold. I can't leave too early as no antifreeze and a open trailer so I don't need a frozen block.

Cost would be the only reason.

I would think one lane. Have been down the track as fast as you are in the cold?

That's my main concern. At this point I am not going to come until later in the morning so it can wam up a bit. I should be there by 11. I only run water and I don't need it to freeze up on a open trailer while towing. Let me know how much more to prep the track so I can bring enough money.

I am not sure it will be safe to run as fast as the Cuda and the AMX are in the cold. It doesn't seem to like a good idea. Let me know if anybody has and experience on a cold track running in the 9's.

I need some studs installed in my slicks before Saturday !!!!!

Did you take the front stabilzer bar off? Saves weight and lets the front end transfer the weight quicker.

I will sign up the Cuda and the AMX after I get paid this week.

They are great cars but it is hard to find someone in todays economic times that can has the money to spend.

Last time I was there about 3 weeks ago they came out in the pits and told me no more runs without a full fire suit so they seem to be sticking closer to the NHRA rules.

He is going be driving before you know it.

PK RaceCars did some work for me and He just finish back halfing my brother's AMX. His work looks pretty good and he builds some awesome Cobalt SS cars. Scott welcome to CR. I met you at the Buckeye Boys Ranch show in Grove City. I did email you a link for one of track days but your wife was due to deliver the baby about the time we had the rental so I hope you can make some of the rentals now. I saw his Nova in person and it is bad ass. He had done a nice job with the car. Jim

Sorry about hearing this. I have not been on line for serveral days. I hope and pray everything is going to be OK. My grandson that came to NTR last track day got hit by a pickup truck on his bicycle about 3 weeks OK and had to life flighted to Childrens. After 4 hours of surgery and 3 plates around his left eye it looks like he will be OK. The plastic surgeon did a nice job. I feel you pain.

Chuck, I have around Grove City and I plan to do a couple of Grove City car shows weather permitting but with open headers and slicks I can't go too far. The GC cops so far have been cool about it. Thanks again for trying to find me a voltage regulator when we were at D42. Hopefully you can make out to a CR event again.

Thanks so far so good i've made 11 passes all between 9.89 and 10 without a problem. New rocker setup is nice and I should have spent the money upfront instead of trying save a little. In the end I paid about 4x the price of the T&D rockers in valve train failures and repairs.

The only video my wife recorded that could be watched. Wish I had more.

Best Run was 9.919 @137.68 Worst run was 9.956 @ 135.65 and that was at 3:42PM so the track stayed the same all day for me. I made 5 runs all in the pit lane. I could not improve my 60ft all day with tire pressure changes. Best 60ft was 1.400 and worst was 1.429. They made me borrow a full face mask helmet after the first run and checked me after every run. On the last run they told me I need a full fire suit and jeans were not good enough.

Thanks the track wasn't too good the engine builders super stock car was 2 tenths off his normal ET and my run was in the same lane right after his run. He thinks there is 9.60's in it on a good track with good weather

I am planinng on bring our 3 cars I just haven't signed up yet because of working on the Cuda to get ready for this past weekend event at Trails. I would think at this point one lane all day would be better for us because of cool down and adjustments to the cars.
