You guys keep forgetting that driving is not a right it is a privilege. Pay the man for the privilege or don't own a car. If you going to be out of the country you can register online a head of time for free. I don't think I should be paying for school taxes since I have no kids, I am done with school, and on top of that I am fixed. No kids will be had. I still pay the taxes though. Stop whining guies.
