Well I mean was the atmosphere fun? I don't mind meeting new people, but I don't want to be sitting there bored because the atmosphere sucked.

Playoff hockey is an entirely different game than regular season, and people are to quick to realize that.
Playing aggressive chippy hockey is how you make it through the playoffs and Detroit knows that. They return the same line up almost every year and when was the last time that they missed out making the post season?
Look out for the jackets next year as a much larger threat. I'm glad that got to play such a skilled team in the first round.

You can have your entire group together at once, but other people may be on the other team.
Keeping your group together is no problem, keeping others out may be.

I'm MUCH happier about the Jackets playing Detroit in the first round over Vancouver. The Canucks are hot and I wouldn't want to travel or play Luongo right now. Detroit is beatable, especially with their goaltending this year. Neither Conklin nor Osgood impress me. This is a winnable series for sure... :nod:

Plus nationwide will be INTENSE for everyones first playoff game, especially against Detroit. It'll be a great series to watch, at least I hope.

At 5 am we were behind 10 people or so. One person had a tent and that group got there at 12 I heard. A good amount came behind us. I got a first spot at a window.

EBAY is stocked up on tickets, just a bit overpriced from face value. Not bad, I'm definitely trying to scoop some seats, lower bowl or high up wont' matter. Nationwide will be intense.
