Does that include optic? Do you NEED a rail? Do you want billet or forged? DI or gas? If you want to spend 2g on a complete get a LMT, DD or LWRC. If it were me, I would build on a seekins or mega upper and lower.

You can't beat a build imho. If you aren't familiar with the AR platform in the beginning all of the research you do will give you a lot of knowledge on your finished product.

I have a CZ 75BD which is going to be my suppressor host, CZ 455 and just got a CZ 912. As far as CZ grips go, look at Nill Griffe or Hakan. Hakan is what most find to be "The Best". You can send him molds and he'll make you the grips. I went with the Griffe grips myself. Dry fire and get to the range a lot to get that trigger broken in. It's very gritty to start. Meprolight night sights are my suggestion for night sights but there are a lot of different routes you can go. Check czcustom.com and the CZ webstore. CZ factory mags are some of the best out there but they are pricey, MecGar is the only other brand I would look at when you do mag shopping. Pick up whatever brass ammo you want, I haven't found anything yet that has trouble feeding, PMC, CCI, American Eagle, S&B. Take a look at Gun Vault

I find .22 lr bulk packs often enough on gunbot or on Natchezss that I'm good since I'm only shooting a .22 bolt. They normally have some sort of .22 on there with a 250 to 500 limit depending on what brand it is.

I've gotten this out twice now and I'm pretty happy with it. The first outing wasn't so good, I had about 70/75 stove pipes. I contacted CZ and I guess this gun requires 1 1/8oz loads that are at least 1200fps from the muzzle. Took it out to try some new ammo as was suggested and it ran flawless, I just can't buy the inexpensive Federal from Vance's unfortunately. Just a heads up for anyone that may be looking at one of these. I got to get some time behind a Beretta 390 as well, I like it a lot but the fit of the 912 is a little better for me and it cost me quite a bit less. I got a membership to Blackwing now so if anyone is looking to do sporting clays or skeet post up and I can get 2 people at a time member pricing.

My neighbor has a few outdoor cats. They never come over to our yard, even when I try to get them to come over so I can pet them. I don't know how they handle them in the winter since I just moved so I can't comment on any winter whining.

x2 These are proven, no other choice for a 12ga tactical. Talk to Gun Envy and see if/ what they can do price wise if you get one without a pistol grip. It might be the best route to go money wise. I know they have one that's FA.
