I spoke with him on the phone briefly. He seems like a good guy with a fair price for setting up a trust. He told me he has done a few hundred of them. He lives somewhere near Cleveland and he can do everything over the phone with you. It took him a few days to get back to me when I called but I called late on a Friday. I still went the Quicken route but give this guy a call. I believe he told me it would be 250 to set up a trust. Keep in mind that if you plan on going the SBR route to try and keep your trust name short to keep the engraving to a minimum.
Something else to add. From what I've read, if the NFA were to deem your trust invalid for some reason or another they're not going to come knocking down your door and throw you in jail. They'll give you some time to get your trust straightened out as well as give you recommendations as to where to get it set up correctly. You will have to pay another 200 dollar fee though.

I'm running this scope on my CZ 455. I would call and see if they have anymore.

Yes it is plagiarism.
I was in school and turned in a paper that I got a 97 on. It turned out that entire quarter I wasn't even enrolled in school so I had to retake all of my classes.
I turned in the same paper for the same essay question over a book we had read and I got a 79 on the same exact paper. I confronted the professor about it and he said either take the grade or fight him in front of the student board for plagiarism.
He didn't know until I had brought it up to him. I would feel safe turning in the same answers.

Ammo prices have cooled down a lot on Gun Broker so it's definitely coming back and a lot more readily available than a month ago.
OVO sometimes has a limit and sometimes does not.
Prices are still more high than they were before Sandy but that will change by the end of summer I would think.

I'm selling my Kahr K9 to get something smaller for summer carry.
I will entertain trades for a smaller CCW in 9mm. I have no interest in Glocks, Springfield, Kel-Tec or Ruger.
Round count I'm unaware of. It's broken in.
It's the stainless steel model which was refinished by Performance Powedercoating with Cerakote.
It comes with the factory 7+1 mag and a 8+1 Kahr mag.
Trijicon Night Sights *Bought new and installed less than 9 months ago.
Price 715 OBO
Price with Milt Sparks Holster: 865 OBO
For another 150 I will add a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 holster for IWB carry. These are top notch holsters with a 6 month wait on them. This one in particular is horse hide leather with shark skin trim and has 1 1/4" loops on it currently.

I would go to Cabelas and go look through their selection. Try out some budget glass and look through some more expensive stuff so you can see where the extra money goes. They have a huge selection to look through.

Go to their products list of sport optics, they normally have good prices.
SWFA also has good prices as well.
EDIT: I would put an Aimpoint T1 or H1 on it and call it a day for 300 yard shooting. Larue has them for good prices with a mount.
