  1. my only concern is that it's only 4 GB. I have a 20 GB drive and have 9 Gb of space left.

You can add a hard drive to this. I don't know if you can add the one you have. You can add the 250gb drive to it this way.

I know a friend of mine bought a 16gb thumb stick drive and that works on his. I think it was 35 dollars. I do know you can transfer your content over to the other hard drive.

  2. When I got my first bike a few years ago I got a 07 SV650 w/ 2k miles on it for 3200.

I ended up putting 13k miles on it in around a year and a half and then totaled it. Insurance gave me 4200 for my SV I bought 1.5 years ago.

I would go get a SV. They hold value extremely well, they're easy to learn to ride on and very forgiving. Plus, you can add all sorts of GSXR bolt ons to make this a much better bike.

I was very bored in the straights on this bike after my first 8 months or so but I ended up being able to use a lot of my bike in the turns, which is where I did most of my riding.

I just got my girl signed up for the MSF course, I suggest doing the same and slowly buying your gear before you get your bike. That way you can at least ride the thing when you have it.

  3. Me and my girl got a Vitamix and have been upping our fruit and veggie consumption.

A good documentary to watch is Forks over Knives. It can give you some insight on how foods have an effect on you and what things you should start looking to eat as well as how much.

  4. I highly doubt UPS messed you up on this one. I would take action with PayPal and your CC company. I know that Citi would take care of this type of thing and get your funds back to you.

PayPal will close his account if you report that he is using them for selling firearm stuff.

Sounds like the seller screwed you and is delaying you from filing with PP so he can get his funds. Or... someone got a hold of his account and is posting on his behalf.

I had some mags get lost in the mail recently by USPS. The company took care of it though. Good luck getting this worked out.

  5. I think he's saying what you want won't work with your current hand guard, and I think he's right.

If you get a free float rail you won't have anything between the rail and the barrel and the low profile gas block would work.

If you want to keep your current hand guard then you would need a railed gas block to put on so that you could put your flip ups on it, it would just extend out past the rail like I have pictured above in one of my first posts.

    Just make sure you have:

    Low profile gas block

    Free float hand guard

    Carbine Length system

I don't know if you're going to change your flash hider out. If you're looking to add a suppressor and use one of the QD like AAC makes, be aware that they drop over your barrel some. Keep that in consideration when cutting if that's something you're looking at doing down the road.

  6. Something like this would work. http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/LaRue-Tactical-Low-Profile-Gas-Block-LT-202-p/larue%20tactical%20lt-202%20750.htm

Low profile is low profile. They make them for this specific reason, to fit under your rail.

That there would work but I don't see it being any different than the low profile you have pictured.

The free float hand guard is just so you don't have parts touching your barrel so that the low profile gas block will actually fit under it.
