You're right. It's coolant. At least that's what the owner posted on Diesel Place. The injector cups started to back out from the high cylinder pressure, pressurized the coolant system and it came flying out where it could. Said to have found fuel in the coolant after the run. That thing is amazing, the twins in the picture above are the old setup IIRC. The new setup is much bigger.
