Of course they are going to charge you if they are also working on your behalf. However, I would negotiate that shit out of there. Buyer is probably also paying 3%...though typically seller always pays. In your circumstances I'd think they buyer would cover your costs to get the deal done. Ball is in your court.

We actually use Consumer Cellular since we are almost always on WiFi. We're like old people lol. Share 5GB, unlimited talk/text. Plan is $55/mo. New iPhones were purchased or could be $25/mo until paid off.

Right, but maybe I am not even thinking of it correctly. When I had the Mini, OEM spring rates were like 150#. The coilovers on my FJ are like 600#. Is 24k not actually referring to lbs/inch?...or it is and the difference is only wanting 1/2" of suspension articulation?

I have a couple tubes of sand you can have if you want them. I know they are dirt cheap, I just dont know how to get rid of what I have lol I could probably gank all the landscape companies tall orange sticks they place around our work parking lot as well if you want. -

Just wire one in every car. Last thing you want it to have to move it around. Set it and forget it. Can just use a add-a-fuse and tap into an unused but keyed power source. In both our cars I just bent a piece of aluminum stock, bombed it black, and attached my cameras up behind the mirror using the mirror mounting.

I saw a SLS Gullwing at Crazy Charlies when I went to get my old Mini fixed once. Lambos, Vipers and whatnot down at Ft. Lauderdale hotels. Other than that mainly just cars and coffee stuff.
