Tile. It will be many many years before it is a problem for you again....sounds like youd sell before then as well. Could do large format tile to have less grout, or pick a better more resilient color of grout.

Yeah there was a cheap set on CL recently. I think they were like a ET56. Pretty high offset.

You notice a difference because the 'left' used to preach tolerance and WAS tolerant...love, hugs, peace, blah blah... but now they have become intolerant, and as such its not preaching anymore...its just yelling now.

Very nice. Please dont put Verde Parallax wheels on that thing....unless you are going bagged mini-truck direction. Those stock wheels look 100X better as it is now.

Its the new ghetto-urban-revitalization fence-style. Helps the new half-scared-Millennial-new-home-buyer during the gentrification of the hood feel a little safer and also hide all their kids crap and uncut grass from view (since nobody takes pride in their grass anymore)
