My new intake setup...

Wow, I guess you will never be a "real big boy" then Colt. I let you know what it's like when I get there. -

What would you know about a big boy turbo car? I'm pretty sure you haven't ever been 9.anything much less 8.anything and you couldn't even dream about 7.anything. My "non big boy" Turbo car went 7.75@183.71 with a Fast LSXr intake, which btw, made MORE power and a BETTER curve than the sheet metal intake that was on it 2 years ago. That is why we went away from it. The new intake is along the same lines that all the Fast cars in the series run. Ask Mark Kohler and Mike Brown from the Ohio boys how they have gone so fast on the same intake I have now, or ask Steve Turley how with the motor I am getting and the same intake setup he went 7.XX@200. You might also ask LMR how they went 7.29@209 with this style intake. Maybe you should stick to your 10 second Colts... those pieces of shit might run better with some kind of Plenum, but the "real Big boy" cars use 4500 style cast intakes, an eblow, and big ass Trottle body. True Story. -

What big plenum intake are you talking about... all I had was a fast 102mm. The new intake won't crack on the two step, and will allow me to flow more air than the fast did. -
I'm pretty sure you can balance if you know what you are doing.... I have a kinda fast car, an ok job, and I was (prior to Cata and my quitting) the Highest ranked and geared Tank on the server I played on. In the winter, there isn't much racing and I get bored. I still have 2 accounts they are for sale if anyone wants to buy them.

We cut a hole in the factory hood... the Carbon Fiber vented hood I have is still fine. We are planning a Cowl hood, but had to have something for testing on Friday. -

We are cutting the stock hood for this weekend, but we will be adding a custom vented cowl to the carbon Fiber Hood I usually run. That will just take a bit longer to get done. -

I'd imagine that the Indy race should be a good time... close enough for everyone to come out and far enough to have some fun while we are there. I hope to see a LOT of local Columbus LS cars at the Indy race, I know I will make sure we are stocked up in the RV on Patron and Margarita mix... You know the batteries will be charged on the Margarita Machine and the Golf Cart. BTW I was at Moorespeed the other day and I saw some Red POS on a lift... I reached in and ripped a seat off it True story! -

Last night was a blast... best night of the summer is right. People coming in from all over, had a good time meeting some new people and hanging out with some old friends. Hopefully Steve will post up the "little" burnout I did at QSL. -

The polymer intake was never meant to handle 1800+ rwhp and we have already maxed out how much air will flow through it. With the new intake we will have a better power band, more stability, and more power. -
So we went out yesterday at Norwalk and tested the 30" tires. They cleared and they hook! We can now leave on 7lbs of boost without spinning and the car was running like a bracket car yestereday. we weren't going for broke, but the car went 8.02@181 7.99@182 7.98@182 Putting the new All pro 4500 cast intake, Todd Berry Elbow, and accufab 105mm TB on the car this week and hope to be out testing again next weekend.

anyone with a harley dyna or softail?
atomicfusion1647545515 replied to AWW$HEEET's topic in Passing Lane
I am 6'2" I have a Roadking for crusing, a CVO springer soft tail for bar hopping and a R1 for going fast. I like each bike for different reasons, but I am most comfortable on the Road King. My Softtail is a 110 Screaming Eagle, so it has some pep, but nothing like the R1. Over 80 is sketchy on the Springer Softail, 90+ was smooth on the Road King.
