    Not sure what event was, it was Horsepower TV and they just had a few short clips and you were racing a black Firebird IIRC. They weren't talking about any event specifically. I will try and find the clip. The episode is called Deep Sleep Engine Drop. I will be on again tomorrow at 11:30.

    I don't plan to race it a whole lot so hopefully it wont be a big deal but I will probably try and do a few mods to help remedy it for peace of mind.

    So after my last thread I have been seriously looking at GTO's. Probably looking at an 04 but an 05 is a possibility if the price is right. What are some problem areas to look for or anything else I should know when looking at one?

    Correct. Pacific Cycles owns them, GT, Schwinn, Cannondale etc. +1 on a Mirraco bike.

    Yeah I know. My ex had a coupe. I can put a trunk rack on it once the stupid spoiler is removed.

    I have seen that. The price was just a rough guess. I will be getting a loan on it so it really depends on what I can get. I have looked at the HHR SS a little bit as well due to the extra space.

    I like they way they look better yes. It's not worth all the $$ to import the parts just to have a visually different car. I would rather spend the money to make it faster.

    Yeah they have dropped in price quite a bit. I would honestly prefer an 04 GTO just for the LS1 but thats me. I looked some more and I guess they are right around 15k range for the ss/tc. Yeah, same here. 2 seats is not an option.

    11-15k from what I have seen. The SS/SC are anywhere from 9k-13k with pretty low miles.
