  1. I am taking a class to ID critters such as turtles, snakes, etc and have always been taught that once they are moved to another habitat they will not breed again.
  2. If you choose not to keep it you must release it where you found it. By releasing it elsewhere it will never breed again.
  3. My goal this year is to ride 2 consecutive laps one day. We will see how that goes.
  4. I consider myself to be. I have done the whole thing numerous times.
  5. Sounds like a plan. Haven't ridden there in a while.
  6. Yep, sure do. 21 speed, aluminum frame and wheels. It is a pretty comfortable bike. Lifetime warranty on the frame, 1 year on parts.
  7. Something like this? They call it a Hybrid. $349 http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/bike_path/hybrid/7000/
  8. I work at a Trek dealer and could work you a deal on a Mamba. I have a 17.5" on the floor. IMO it has better brakes and a better fork than the Felt. http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/mountain_hardtail/fisher_29er/mamba/
  9. I would say go with the Felt. It has better brakes and a better fork. If I had to rank them it would be Felt, Jamis, Giant. That giant has the crappiest brakes known to man and I would NEVER ride a bike with them. I put the felt over the jamis because of better components.
  10. Great Lakes is always a great choice.
  11. Seen it around, car is a turd.
  12. I have worked on a few and can usually get them to operate fairly well. cannot say anything about the longevity of them.
  13. Yes, I wouldn't want a child over 50lbs in one though. So what are you looking to spend on a bike?
  14. That one has Rival on it. Great stuff. Thanks, they were too cool to pass up. Are you looking to pull him on a trailer? How much are you looking to spend?
  15. Much easier than what you originally posted lol. My vote is to get the Z06. Tried and true American horsepower, and I am not all that impressed by the GTR or its looks.
  16. Nice ride. Here are a few of mine. 19. LMR Compilation Walk around and a few runs
  20. I would try to find something at least 9 speed. 8 speed just isn't made much anymore so when something breaks, which it will on a mtb, your options are very limited for replacements. Other than that it looks like a decent beginner mtb and could serve you very well to get your feet wet.
  21. Thats cool. Better than my idea lol. It is fairly common for those to slip, especially after they have been worked on and not tightened properly. Glad it all worked out.
  22. Y-Not Cycling in Lexington.
  23. Yeah shifters are insane, but there is a ton of engineering involved in them. If it turns out it is bad I could make you a little bit of a deal on getting a replacement one but it's still going to be pricey especially with labor to install it. If you want a second opinion on what they say I am through columbus fairly often and could check it out.
  24. Yeah, I am just throwing out my best guess at the issue. It is very hard to say without seeing it. I would still take it in and have them check it out.
