  1. Looks AMAZING Tim. I think my next vehicle needs to be blue.
  2. I actually do care if it's proven real. So far not a lot of that.
  3. Lol https://www.vogue.com/article/hunter-biden-ivanka-trump-who-should-we-investigate
  4. Milwaukee fuel M18 1/2" high torque model or bust. I haven't seen a deal on one to share but will look.
  5. Not sure how I missed this thread. Among Stealth/3000gt bros, that interior is referred to as "Porno Red" lol. I bought a pretty similar 93 Stealth ES from a neighbor years ago, like 2007ish. These cars really never seemed too prone to rust actually, and mine was rust free after years in covered storage. Even so mine was a bit of a basket case from all the sitting, and it needed the water pump/timing belt maintenance done also, among other things. She was a fun car, never real fast with the 3.0 DOHC non-turbo motor, but entertaining for what it was with 230ish FWD hp. Mine did eventually spin a bearing after a year or two of enjoying it, and it got a stock rebuild. After some pain associated with getting it back together again I just lost interest. Couple years after selling it I heard it jumped timing on the new owner even with a new factory mitsubishi timing belt, pulleys, tensioner, etc. Ultimately crunched some valves as it is an interference motor. They're neat cars when running well but more temperamental than they should be, even with all the right maintenance. Regardless, after lots of love and labor the car turned out nice for what it was. Before, when I got it: After, a few years later, with my favorite combo of factory Stealth R/T and 3000GT VR-4 pieces: ** For the OG's who remember, Rolla actually did the paintwork on this car, and welded up a mandrel-bent exhaust from the header back lol. Not sure if he's even around anymore.
  6. Honda fit or Toyota echo/yaris would be my suggestions. The packaging of the fit has always intrigued me.
  7. Lost a big chunk of honey locust myself in the last windstorm, it's good firewood though. More wind again today I think.
  8. Much sympathy about your mother too, bud. For what it's worth, my wife has shared many good things about labor and delivery at Stann's as she works with that group. I'm sure you guys are in good hands there. Good luck with everything m8
  9. That is a bummer for certain, but realistically just one more frustration/hardship/difficulty associated with Pandemic 2020 life. Add it to the pile.
  10. I will grant you that Texas is certainly "doing it big" in terms of the 'ol rona.
  11. Agreed. I think the point is that it hasn't been a major priority for 4 years. Seems like maybe something we should thoroughly plan to execute effectively rather than kicking it into the room like a grenade as you walk out the door.
  12. I don't assume the bbc is fake news now, but who knows. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2020-54874120
  13. If voting isn't the solution, what is?
  14. Lol, I'll leave the doctoring for doctors. I thought after surgery for control of blood clots. Color me corrected doe.
  15. For all the "masks don't work" crowd suggesting they're ineffective at preventing the spread of disease. The entire medical community for the last century or so would argue with your logic. Since you're passionate about this though, I'd invite you to request the mask delete discount on your next medical procedure: Open heart surgery - Hey surgical staff, no need to wear a mask on this one, just sneeze right into the chest cavity. He's approved the use of other medical supplies we'll be using today and agrees that they're effective, but he's specifically argued that masks aren't effective so no need for that annoyance on this go round. I think he said "We all gotta die some time"? Knee replacement - No need for masks on this procedure guys, yes you heard right. We're doing the blood thinners for sure, the patient believes the science behind their effectiveness, and the pain killers, yes definitely those too. Patient thinks those work GREAT. Also, the anti-rejection drugs, those as well. But masks, nah, cough away!
  16. You don't have to hear it from the "lefties", you can hear it from Republicans themselves. This was of course from back when logic and reason still sorta mattered to the majority of Republicans.
  17. Real eye opening stuff in these last few posts. It's like I'm able to see into another reality.
  18. Interesting use of "believers". Wowie. Hey, I guess on the upside?, you're choosing to primarily hang out with other people who don't believe masks work, so there's that. Do you guys operate your own peer-reviewed medical journals within these circles? The world needs access to this science bud!
  19. Thanks for doing yer part, patriot! See quote above.
  20. FYI - Verizon does offer discounts to: - Military, Police, Fire (first responders may have been expanded to mean more recently, not sure) - Setting up auto bill pay (must associate a debit card, not credit card) - Adding multiple lines to your account, each line gets progressively cheaper About a year ago I decided to combine some family members who were already with Verizon into one single plan. If that's a potential option for you, it saves everyone money. Right now with Verizon I have: - Wife - unlimited data + hotspot - Dad - unlimited data + hotspot - Mom - unlimited data - Grandma - Basic phone / minimal data whatever its called - Grandpa - unlimited data I'm not on this plan as my phone is provided via my employer, but the above 5 lines cost me $160/month after the discounts noted above. Works for us, saves everybody money, parents autopay me $80/month. Their plan is now cheaper, my wife's plan is now cheaper, and grandparents minimal use is covered. Obviously devices are all paid for, so this is service cost only not the good 'ol phone finance payment shit.
  21. This fear thing is most definitely silly. - Why wear a seatbelt, what are you afraid of? - Why check the air in your tires, what are you afraid of? - Why verify what type of mushroom that is, what are you afraid of? It's just the smart thing to do, based on all available science/data/whatever. Slightly annoying or not.
  22. Mace, "the left" has provided pages of valid arguments already in this thread. I think you've more or less hand-picked a response from JewToys that wasn't a short story. Based on exhanges so far though, I'm betting that had he laid out a more full throated response it would have either fallen on deaf ears or been ignored. There's been quite a bit of that in here already. I think this sort of thing gets tiring for each side of the conversation. It's the way it works in written debate though, respond to what you have a one liner for, ignore the rest, move on with your day. Panduh said something early in this thread like (paraphrasing) "I'm not going to change your mind and you're not going to change mine", and that's a shame but it's all too often true. I think recognizing that the bulk of "the left" and "the right" are middles and not the extremes would go a long way. There is common ground, but it's tough to get there lately.
  23. Uuuhhhh, unless those preIexisting conditions are unrelated to exercise? For example, Asthma, among many others.
