Just figured I'd throw a photo I took of dad's Glenfield model 60 and my Marlin model 60.
Dad's was made in 1974 and still crazy accurate, mine around 2000 or shortly before (having trouble finding the year via serial #)
His has had a few thousand rounds through it, mine 150 exactly. It fired it's first round ever last Sunday at Blackwing. Even with a cheap $30 scope it still put down 4 inch grouping at 25 yards with a standing position once sighted in.
Stripped both down today and thoroughly cleaned them. Surprising how little of changes they've gone through over the years.
