  1. Yeah, if I knew you were going to be a fuck stick... I simply stated that you pay the utmost attention to the posts in that particular thread, like you're going to read something that changes your life. Personally, I did not bother. Care to say anything else while your acting like a hard-ass?

Honestly the throttle body will be a waste of money with your current modifications. SFC's are a great add on, but not all people find them necessary. A taller gear ratio will be the best bang for the buck; 3.73, 3.90, 4.10 all would make your car tons of fun. If you can find one cheap enough, and ls6 intake would make a decent addition.
  3. Excuse me for not reading everything. There is way too much bull shit to read every word. Well, except for those of you who jerk it to each and every word.
  4. A user on L4P with the name of Chris (Supra98) has 'scheduled' a meet to see it run on Thursday the 27th at 3:30pm @CTD. Wiggles Agreed. Who else wants to see the stig run? Edit: see next two posts for what I blatantly missed.
  5. That thing has either no contact at the starter (to spin the engine), or absolutely no compression. Are there spark plugs in it?
  6. Yes, I imagine it would have been tough or illogical to flip the phone over so the light isn't cast where it would annoy you.
  7. Unless it is a re manufactured part, you bought something that came off a car that had who knows what problems. I think you are going to be looking at a brake hose. I would imagine that it wont let the caliper release completely, causing heat from the friction, which is transferred to the fluid. If indeed the fluid cannot return to the master cylinder, it will just heat up and expand and lock the wheel. I would be looking for kinks, pig-tailed(twisted) or otherwise visually damaged hoses. However keep in mind that its not always apparent on the outside. If you replace the drivers side, proactively change the passenger side as well. Of any system on a car, brakes would be the absolute worst thing to pinch pennies on. I understand the hoses are not just a few bucks, but cheap and used parts are asking for trouble.
  8. I fuckin' love that pic... If no one else noticed the tips are only finishers, there is light between them and the actual pipe... http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/421177_10151073043921173_28382995_n.jpg
  9. He can't afford to have his peers think he is stupid, so every negative statement being truthful or not, must be removed.:lolguy:
  10. I honestly hope that the BBC sues the shit out of him for using a copyrighted format, as well as using the name itself. Or maybe the name is fitting because one of the 'Stigs' sold out?
  11. Fuck you, your accomplishments and paycheck. I keed. Nice collection, make some more vids in Canada for us poor people.:fa:
  12. Tinted windshield, color me jealous. Nice Cobra, I have always liked them.
  13. Switch to the left is an engine brake. I have no idea whether that would have been on that truck when it was built or not. Funny this thread should show up, I was watching a whole bunch of diesel runaway/pulling/carnage vids this morning. This impressed me because of how fast they were shifting, no where near stock obviously. The amount of torque you can get out of diesels still amazes me... With the dual gearboxes, I believe you could shift the whole way thru the primary and then change the second box and work back thru them again and so on. You end up with a lot of really short gears but they really help get you moving. Obviously like the guy in the video you can shift systematically skipping gears when they are not needed.
  14. Official vote to add warning for severe NWS in first post.
  15. +1 There are so many people out there that would not have even thought twice and kept driving.
  16. eh... Tell him to save some money and buy a house on the very northwest side of Westerville. Great access to the freeways and shopping, within minutes of Fire Dept, Hospital, Elementary school and Westerville rec center. Under 200K.
  17. Well, that area is in a decline. It is not necessarily bad enough to not buy for the right reasons. It's one of those deals that they would possibly lose money by using it over a short period with chance of the neighborhood being less desirable. If you don't mind me asking, what price range is he looking in?
  18. Meh, those on ls1 tech think the bungs are going to be for pyrometers... That motor shown is the motor that is going in the new light trucks. http://ls1tech.com/forums/general-lsx-automobile-discussion/1564180-gen-v-sbc-photo.html
  19. Looks like it will have emissions on all exhaust runners... fancy.
  20. Ok, well then it comes down to the possibility of signal reception, calibration and as to whether they were reset before the trip. Was not saying it was unreasonable, I'm really just looking at the fact that over that distance, any number of things can cause different readings on separate gps devices.
  21. Well, unless you are in the mountains of West Virginia, You didn't climb to that height. I am guessing that its total for all the hills you have travelled up. If I can recall correctly most of central Ohio is around 900 feet above sea level.
