Just went on a riding trip in tennessee a couple weeks ago and came back with a pretty long list of repairs or else Id be down to ride. Depends on how thick the steak is. I prefer high heat and fast for most but, on excessively thick steaks i drop the temp and slow things down a bit to avoid a burnt steak thats barely warm inside. I also NEVER cook steaks with the top down, it always seems to dry them out, not sure why.

I think the point of obx is not to do anything. Ive been twice and that was the best part. There really isnt much "exciting" stuff to get into that we could find. Just chillin out on the beach and losing touch with reality for a few days was amazing. Well, on second thought, we did go clamming, crabbing, fishing, boating, and drink heavily the last time and that was cool.

We tried this like 3 summers ago and it worked for a couple weeks then died off. I would like to see this as the meet spot again since its alot closer to me than sawmill. * actually, it may have been 4 summers ago. I havent been out much in the past few years.
