buy a hp z420 to z620 from ebay and put a gtx 1060 and ssd in it. Before GPU prices went craycray I had a friend do this build for $550. they are a few generations behind on CPUs but you can get 8 core or pair of 8 core xeons in them hella cheap...GOOD NUFF done

It's fucked. Cards die all the time especially if under heavy use, even good quality ones. Flash memory is NOT a reliable medium. My older/shittier dashcam (that didnt have hardware encoding and wrote huge files) killed a 64gb samsung evo micro sd card in about 8 months, same symptoms as yours. Buy quality cards if there is anything you care about at all, and back it up often.
