A tangent to this question, what happens if the police raids a house that is occupied by a Deaf person? Even if they announced police, the Deaf person wouldn't hear them There was a case where police shot and killed a Deaf man in front of his son. His son kept shouting that he was Deaf, he can't hear you. -

I would have suggested a horse and a carriage. If a car hits the horse, no damage done, just replace the horse with a new one and you're good to go. Its also FHD (four hooves drive) Some maintenance may be needed though

Well the Ferguson case, I agree with the outcome, he was a thug and aggressive and wouldn't obey etc etc etc but the NYC one, that was bullahit, evidence was ruled a homicide and the police officer used an illegal hold and there were videos.
