Yeah. They straighted her up.
You'll have to get there early because it gets busy fast. I arrived at 8:16. And there were like three or four cars ahead of me.
I'm currently at the shop having the car aligned and road forced. Derek knows how particular I am when it comes to vibrations and other things. He has been keeping me updating on everything via text. I know no one else that would go this far.
He has found that two of my wheels were bent and the tires still out of balance even when I had it rebalanced at discount tire a few days prior.
If you are not going to Derek, you need to get off this forum
Thumbs up!!!!!!!!
Bump. I ordered a new purge valve as I mentioned. It still hasn't arrived.
I still have a consistent P0496. Yesterday, I filled up the gas tank with 20 bucks worth of gas and the car struggled to start five times. In these five times, it felt like it couldn't get enough gas. Is that related to the purge valve going bad?
As the title states, I'm looking for a old metallocker to put in my new classroom. The classroom is depressing g and I don't want my kids to learn in a depressing room. The cheaper the better. It will be painted a vibrant color.
And I cannot touch the walls so it can't be the "screw to the wall" type.
I really like that you're reaching out to the customers. That's a quality lost today in this world.
I might need some work done on my bumper. You'll be the first contact when I finally get regular pay
What about the Colorado/canyon? The 3.6 scoots nicely and would be a great driver. Ive read a lot of positive reviews. My dad has a Ecodiesel. I couldn't tell you about noises. It's massive inside, gets about 20 mixed but has hit 30 mpg highway going 5 over with five people inside. Gets about 16-18 mpg pulling a 29' camper
I went ahead and ordered a new purge valve. It was only 20 bucks and in testing, I got another code, a P0443 which says purge valve malfunction. So in conjunction with the 0496 and 0455, it seems like the purge valve is failing.
Thank you Kerry. I only mentioned that it was generic because it doesn't specifically say what part is wrong and when I googled for symptoms and causes, it gave mena wide range of things that could be wrong.
I have no symptoms. It just appeared out of the blue. The car start and idles fine.
That link you provided is for the 2.8T V6 9-3 mine is the direct injected 2.0T 9-5
I will check the lines again and to be frank, they all look the same.
I've gotten the P0455 (gross evap leak) twice and checked the gas cap, did the ol' Vaseline on the gas cap trick.
Now it has become a p0496 (Evap emission high purge flow fault)
I've got no idea because these codes are so generic and could be anything.
It's on my car, 2011 SAAB 9-5 turbo4 (direct injected if that helps)
