  3. We do Base+ Commissions as well. When you take a Vacation or a Sick Day you get the base for that day only. The companies reasoning is you're not selling anything that day, we're not gonna give you the extra pay. It used to be Base plus average till they figured out people were actually doing work a few weeks leading up to time off to bump it up. I get 3 weeks Vacation and 10 Sick Days but I rarely use them in a row. Just for that reason. Plus I don't wanna miss a possible sale.

  14. If you don't mind waking up in Ladies Swimwear Red Bull and Yeager is always a wise choice. Certainly not a chugging type drink, but is good.
  15. The M21's had numerically higher gear ratios, thus handled less torque output. Horse power limit is typically 350ish. Typically the M22's were used in Big Block cars and the Z/28's. The name Rock Crusher came form the whining noises they make while running. Like Nickey said from the way the pitch on the gears were cut. Official power ratings on these range wildly from 400-500. This thing could also be a T-10. Which is pretty much a weak suck trans and will grenade much over 275. I think I may have some shrapnel (sp?) around here from one. I would look into having it gone through by G-Force, or Liberty. As for the brakes, you need to find out what housing ends are on there. Most aftermarket brake companies will have diagrams that illustrate the ends so that you can match up to what you have. Personally I would go for the small block and the stick. If you get out vited and the 540 goes in, do the auto.
  16. Pull the breaker out that runs to the garage now, take to Hardware store of choice, tell them you need that style for 220. Basically it'll be a double of the 110. There are a bunch of different styles. I've always found it easier to take the old one with me and match it up. There is probably a style name for each but I've never bothered to find out. Match the wiring that you get to the maximum amps pulled. Get a roll of wire, fasteners, plug of choice. If you are gonna be going back and forth between the two I would make them so they can plug in to a single outlet. Like a Stove or Dryer. Mount it on the wall. At that point wire Compressor and Welder to math the socket on the wall, and you're all set.
  17. No, just let him nose through the garbage.....
  18. Nobody has asked the important question yet. Have you done any burnouts yet?
  19. Check the return line where it leads into the pump and box. I would clean it all off so better trace it. IIRC the front seal is prone to leaking as well. Fairly easy fix.
  20. It's an Auto, he'll be fine.
