Were these plugs you put in? Double check the gap, and look at the wires. Those are the most likely culprits.

Has it back fired at all?
My boss was having a similar problem with his, sometimes it would back fire so hard it would explode the muffler. The way he finally fixed it was by selling it and by a whole new headache.
I'm thinking possibly a corroded connector somewhere. Or a bad Timing Chain.

Removal Procedure:
- Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly.
- Drain the coolant until the coolant level is below the thermostat.
- Remove the crossover exhaust pipe.
- Remove the radiator hose from the thermostat housing.
- Remove the thermostat housing bolts and clean any sealer from the bolt threads.
- Remove the thermostat housing and gasket.
- Remove the thermostat.
- Clean the mating surfaces.
Installation Procedure:

- Install the thermostat housing and gasket.
- Install the thermostat housing bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
- Install the radiator hose to the thermostat housing.
- Install the crossover exhaust pipe.
- Install the air cleaner and duct assembly.
- Fill the Cooling System.
- Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly.

I guess it's broke. J/K If you have a timing light clip it to each wire to see if you are getting consistent spark form each plug. Did you check the plug on the Cam Angle Sensor on the end of the head?
Will it free rev okay or does it do the same thing under a load as well?
-
Clogged Cat? My mazda did basically what you are describing. My first catalytic converter had exploded and plugged up my second converter.
With this, does it run hot at all too? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
-
Have you done any work on it recently? Bad Cam Angle Sensor possibly or the plug is loose.

Ive got some items with P&P right now seems like a straightforward setup and very accommodating. Will post pics when I get the items back early next week
Everything is ready for color, gonna try to get them shot tomorrow night.

We've got a sale in the Speed Shop running through the end of the year.

Ugh. Morse Rd. You can find anything and everything on morse rd. Literally.

Is this an adhesive backed material? And how flexible is it when applying? I've got a interesting project/experiment with WTF.

Replied and such.

Who knew they had NAPA's in Mexico? Learn something everyday.

Behind the Mitre Saw maybe? Is this another friend? Someone else will have to pony for that purchase.

It's a good thing for a number of reasons. Holidays with family, time off from work, Football, Hockey, Interwebz cruising, Summer in Australia.
It also means you are putting up your car for the winter. Starting projects that you wanted to do during the summer but didn't want to have the car/truck down. Well it's the perfect time for a Sale.
Talk has been thrown around all summer while we got this ball rolling for a group buy/discounted work sort of deal.
Here's the quick and dirty version:
You can get up to a 20% discount on work we do for you. Based off of how much you spend, you'll get a better discount.
Up to $150.00 10% off.
$151.00-$249.00 15% off.
$250.00 and up 20% off.
"But Erik, how can you do that?" (think Billy Mays voice here)
I am notoriously cheap, almost to a fault. Even my kids call me out on it. I know that everyone here loves to save money too.
That and I want to see a whole bunch of pretty parts next summer.
We have talked with a bunch of you through the summer and fall waiting for the warm seasons to end so you can start your winter projects.
Send PM or call, and we will discuss what you need done, colors and what not. Get you a quote, and coat some parts.

I go to Speedway all the time. Almost obsessively, I love racking up the points. I have cashed in like 70K this year. I usually fill up at the begining and midway through week. I drive typically 6-700 miles a week. The Golf is averaging about 35 on freeway and 25 in city. Not bad for 195K 4 popper.
I do keep the tires pumped way up, typically 40-45 psi. Oil changes I have found are critical. As well as filters. I haven't really seen too many gains or losses from ignition components on a largely stock vehicle. Intake and exhaust are a factor in that too.
BP on the other hand has never gone well for any car I've owned. I thought I saw a report in TV once that said 95% of all gas comes from the same DC and is blended on site at the station. Meaning the pump runs from two tanks from the Low Octane and High Octane and gives you the mid grade.

Try Performance Automotive on Roberts Rd. Chris is a stand up guy.

If you guys want to play by those rules then we need to ban everyone that street races, has a criminal record of any kind, when ever people post things that offend people, and everyone that smokes because your typing could cause me cancer.

Does that include poop?

My wife and I kept an entire house full for several years after her GP passed years ago. It's a long process. Agonizing at times, but she has slowly worked through it. Much of it went as donationw towards the illness that took him, he would have wanted it that way.
You will make the final decision. Your family will respect that. Put it in storage, and work one box at a time. It's taken Monika six years to work it to a manageable level.
Ps. There is more to CR than Ti***es and beer. I think.

OH. Just like in procs when you overclock, you gotta bump the voltage up. Gotcha. Free program?

Thats cool. I cant come to use Sense just because of lagginess and i love the icons on the dock. I came from the Iphone 3g then to hero then to evo. So i like the dock. But i have a lot of widgets. Which is the reason i get less battery life then you do at 2 days. I get at least 1 full day of use. Which is still good. The theme you have is cool but i like stock appearing themes with just a hint of changes. I like my setup now.
Ill give myn a try and see whats up. What is HAVS by the way?

I am the same way with my nephew. What started as a quickie build has snowballed into a huge build. It'll be a beast when it's finally done, but geez. Drive the damn thing!
-
Something from these guys may be your best bet. Kinda makes me want to build one. It won't sound like a V8, but it'll be better than stock.
