  1. More boost=more crankcase pressure.
  2. Check this out. Its proper and when done correctly, no oil is passed to the turbo through the intake. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/custom-fabrication/372279-my-new-crankcase-evactuation-system.html
  3. Forget the tourist stops. Hit up PCH through Long Beach. I was out there for a week last year for work and it was awesome.
  4. I kinda miss that car. How's Hasselhoff treating you? And welcome.
  5. I'd like to see a better view of the Cobra at 1000 ft. At that E.T. vs. MPH either he ran out of gear or let off.
  6. Id suggest Droid X. However, the Evo 4G has more rooting support than all the Verizon droid phones combined. The XDA developers and HTC seem to play nicely together. Alot more roms and themes for the evo. Same specs as the X too. Something to think about.
  7. That's my concern. Getting the rubber bits back on, and not puling a molten pile of Aluminum out of the oven. However, there are possibilities for paint or Anodizing.....

  9. If I go by the VWVortex rules, it's still a gross engine bay. But 99% of those members are Emu freaks. This thing will be a pain to keep clean. Only because I'll want to keep it clean. They're cheap to fix when they break.
  10. Me too. It fired right up after the fuel system was primed.
  11. Thanks, the only thing I didn't do was rebuild the Alternator. I took it to a shop near downtown to have the case split, new Regulator, Bearings, and whatever else makes it alternate.. I took the pulley, case and fan to coat those. You can't really see from that angle, but all the pulleys, water pump housing, Main mount bracket, Alternator, A/C delete bracket, Intake, Valve Cover, Valve Cover clamps, Tensioner. Little wire tuckage, SAI delete, New fuel lines, Re-Oringed injectors, Gaskets, belts, Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor. I need to button up a few bits, build an Intake for it, break the rear coil-overs loose. Wheel gap sucks. And then a final detail all over.
  12. Getting closer, dis mudda fugga runs again. I haven't updated this thing in for ever. I started on it again last weekend getting the engine bay cleaned up. Paint the block, head, Powdercoat some things. http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w351/Pats16Valve/IMAG0240.jpg Motor Teaser Before: http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w351/Pats16Valve/Project%20WTF/Picture687.jpg Afterish, not quite assembled: http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w351/Pats16Valve/IMAG0273.jpg Once it's light out I'll get some better ones. Amazingly only a quickie fuel leak. But then again I test fired it with out the cooling system in.
  13. Stamped steel rockers, over .480" lift can/will split. Get screw in studs, guide plates, and aluminum rockers as well.
  14. I thought for sure this was gonna be something like hookers and blow. ARGH! Either way, I'm there. VAG FTW.
  15. I'll be sideways in no time. Thanks Randy, good to meet you. Hazah!
  16. I remember the C.A.R.S. Inc. Camaros were sick too. Jeff kicks ass. Homoish...
  17. Did you send your number? PM me. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
  18. Jeff owns a shop down there now. On Track Auto.
  19. So, I emailed him last night. Told him to join CR. We are gonna have to keep an eye out. He said he would.
  20. My wife will be sending a resume tomorrow.
  21. The key words are my favorite. Rice, Ricer, Stupid. I'm gonna buy it. He deserves the 20.00
