614 Automotive is set up for that kind of work now. Eric Grimes is the guy to talk with. 614.641.0150 or 248.459.9827 is his cell phone. They'll treat you fair.
The important thing to know is when you're in over your head and need professional help. I've learned the hard way when to call in a pro and when I can do it myself. Sometimes the pro can get it done in half the time and at a similar cost because they don't screw up the job. I use Angie's List when I need to find someone and don't know where to start.
You might check with some of the local stores about inhouse classes on how to do the work you want to. I think the store is called Floor and Decor in Mill Run is where I've gotten a lot of my flooring supplies. I don't know if they will teach you how to do it, but it's worth looking into.
I guess in a pinch, do your search on Youtube instead of google.
Crap, I cannot make either date. Normally during the summer making a Friday date is no worries, but I have a Cisco trainer certification course I am taking.
I did Simonton and had an independent contractor install them. I bought them through APCO. They can install the windows as well if you need a contractor.
White over under fridge freezer. Small freezer on top, fridge on the bottom. Works fine. It's been in our garage, but we don't use it enough. Just downsizing and cleaning out. I bought it used from a neighbor for $50, I'm selling it for $50.

I'm in the same boat. We live on a dead end street, and there is a court that breaks off our street. Two houses within 100 yards of each other with the same number. Seriously? It's a 4 digit number. There are only about 25 houses on both streets combined. So make one of the houses 6777 and the other 6775. That would most likely solve the problem completely. It's never been a major problem. We're friends with the other house. But it is at least once a month we take their mail to them or they are dropping ours off to us.
I'm not sure it was deliberate. The cop is staying close, and the brakes on that bike are considerably better than the cruiser. That could have been completely accidental. Who knows if earlier in the chase the bike slowed down to get the cruiser to slow down then accelerated away. Something tells me the cop will get a good butt chewing and everything will keep one rolling.
Of course Alex is going to come up in any discussion around here like this.
I would also throw out 614 Automotive. It's a relatively new shop in town. A friend of mine Eric Grimes is one of the partners.

Tentatively sold to my step son who is going to make payments. He has not made any payments yet, so cash offers will still be considered. Truck is currently in the shop to get the timing belt done.
Crap, just saw my school calendar laid over my private calendar. This day is during senior finals. I'm going to ask, but I doubt I'll be able to take a personal day.
That's what we're thinking. It's taken a few days to accept that's probably what it is, and he's reluctant to pull the head without being more confident in the diagnosis.
Compression on 2 - 4 are great. I don't remember the numbers but they were good.
I heard the same thing. Sold it, waited out the no-compete clause and then started up Bullet liner and changed up the process and formula. Was a way for him to reboot and start over from scratch with more knowledge and ideally make a better product from the beginning.
Could be a Malibu, I just got a quick description of the problem. I know it's a 4 cylinder. Confusing that when we put air to it with number 1 TDC that the pressure comes out number 3 combustion chamber. Nothing on number 2, nothing noticable coming out the throttle body, the crank case or the exhaust.
Could the exhaust manifold create enough back pressure that if number 1 has a leaking exhaust valve that there would be noticeable air flow on 3 if that exhaust valve happens to be open? If it was one the intake side then I assume there would be more noticeable flow coming out the throttle body than the number 3 combustion chamber.
Just curious what people think. Car came into school yesterday, think it's a 2012 Impala. Has a miss on cylinder number 1. Ran a compression test and only had 60 psi on number 1. Ran a leak down test. Think it's something like 80% leak, but the compression is coming out the number 3 spark plug hole. On a V6 this wouldn't be odd, but I guess the car is a 4 cylinder. Does this sound like anything anyone has heard of before?
